Too much bugs... While I at traffic light it automatically jump from driving to on duty and then back to driving at 5 mph. This app shows me that mileage is 2636 in 4 hours driving!!!! I think DOT Officers will be happy to see my logbooks

Been dealing with tech support for two weeks and still don't have any out of 3 that work.

It's bad Simply bad Glitches and glitches In evening because of overloaded server the app just freezes and you need to wait for more than a hour to close your shift... Because this will be the time that app is loading synchronizing the data

this app sucks, total waste of money!!!

Must fix asap or give me my money back I bought the the complete system that plugs into truck. Doesn't f@$!#:& work!!!!!!

My manager asked me to try it out for our fleet. Tried 4 others and none compare to how easy the Gorilla Prime8 is! So glad this is the ELD my company chose.

Wouldn't down load.

The application looks easy, but does not work properly. Customer service is nonexistent, they never answer phone calls or e-mails. I try to use this with my iPad. The Bluetooth connection does not stay on, drops every 30-40 minutes and when that happens, the system puts you from driving to on duty mode. If you didn't see this change - your logbook will be a mess. System adds engine hours, location and time automatically to your logbook. This data CAN NOT BE EDITED. You can edit the off duty, on duty, driving and sleeper from manager account, but they will not match the automatic data, so no good. I blind DOT officer can see that your logbook is in violation and this is not your fault. Looks some other place for ELD, forget this piece of junk.

horrible, very disappointed. Of the 5 I've installed ,all giving problems. Changing duty status while driver is sleeping, Locked in on duty and another had to uninstall and reinstall app twice. No reply to my e mails to support. I will be on the fmcsa website today to report these people. Everyone having problems should do the same. Fmcsa can decertify!!

Horrible. No edit options. But it was one thing they promised will stay for 2 years as AOBRD is still legal. Keep away. Stupid liars. They will say anything just to make you buy their trash.

To Gorilla Safety developers. Why I can't do any edition to on duty off duty or sleeping time? Driver must have this options by Fmcsa. Please return this options or its going to be reported to Fmcsa.
