My MTNL Delhi

Very basic app. Should be improve and add more features. VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE IS NOT THERE.. " WE CANT SEE OUR PAST COMPLAINTS". It should be available all time, so we can track our past records also.

Very poor and basic UI...Make it as like Airtel, Idea, Telenor. It's has ordinary, useless Prepaid GSM plans. Kill the all old palns and launch new plans as like Airtel, Idea, Telenor.

I can make swift payments, register quick complaints, download invoice. And this app works fine for all these basic stuffs

After clicking on payment page it does not display the payment portal. That page is blank even after reloading several times

Pathetic app more than five attempts to make payment, still doesn't work.

Simple, easy and meets all android versions compatibility

Add section where we can check active plan and bandwidth usage..

I lodged complaints with the app for broadband speed issue. But within 24 hours it shows automatically 'No pending Complaints'. Useless app hopeless service. Sent mail to Customer Care and GM but no response. Thinking about migration to other service providers.

Add service error. Repeatedly showing Error CA no: and phone no: mismatch. Unable to proceed in the unpaid bill section.

Useless app as far as customer services are concerned. On lodging a complaint absolutely no action is taken, except you get a message that the fault has been rectified. My MTNL landline is dead since 24 Aug, have complained thrice on the app but to no effect. If someone in MTNL actually reads this, try and do something to address your customer complaints.

Need to have option to cancel pending complaints. And user should be able to file complaint only after signing in.

Dear MTNL I want an update in MI MTNL app for prepaid users because in this application have no any option for prepaid users it works only prepaid I request you to develop a prepaid mobile users application from MTNL

Worst internet that i have ever used. And they give very worst service.

Its exactly what you are thinking it is. An app that was better left undeveloped. Though it does not take much space and I doubt MTNL cares about stealing your private information (there was no such warning), there is absolutely no reason to install this app. But if you are gullible idiot like me, you will find that running this app is a task in itself. Better stay away !

Needs a big time upgrade and more mtnl services on the app. Though its useless as more and more people are shifting to airtel because of mtnl high pricing and low quality of services of phone and broadband

The app is useless for me as when I go for the payment option and select the net banking and try to put details the screen goes white and nothing happens after that. I have HTC with android and MI 4 as well I tried to pay by HDFC Bank.

When ever log complaint after few hours got message your complaint is addressed by this officer but complaint will remain same when ever try to connect those person always show this numbers busy or unreachable......

the app works great, good for downloading unpaid bills, e-receipts. just one thing, if there would be an option for renaming the phone numbers so that we could easily distinguish between various phone numbers, then it would be much better. thanks

This app is very poor not show old bill and new bill. I try many time.to pay bill but not success. Total waste of time i uninstall this app

it is not the mobile version. This is simply the desktop version. Highly inconvenient. It does not even provide for Gmail login.

It is a good app to pay landline bill,but everytime for mobile bill the server doesn't work or it doesn't show the last confirmation page.SICK OF THIS.PLEASE FIX IT.

Complaint no.1839 is dropped on 25/07/2016.fault is cable down.no action is taken by senior as well as junior executive.A massage comes on 30/07/2016,that your connection is repaired.I am surprised to see that it was not repaired since then and after than.A third class service by MTNL.

I was using this app from very starting but after update it is waste of time.... I used my CANO &pH no but im not able to addd service after wasting my 1hour

I can't access my account at all. Why should i download this app just because of payment. Fool developer.

I don't know why MTNL bothered to create this app. This app is as good as no app

This MTNL Delhi app is awesome just like the service especially the broadband network like a bullet train. Request developers to add few more features like usage figure and mtnl scheme updates.
