City Picnic Belfast

Now this app is actually decent and the idea is great but it's still useless. The problem is that staff in City Picnic often disconnect the order printer from the tablet and therefore the kitchen won't get your order. I found this to my cost after waiting 30 mins for my order. After checking, the staff member entered my order manually. And the food was very good indeed. However, as I was leaving, the cable was still disconnected. So, don't trust the app; order old school. I know this is somewhat unfair on the developer who did a decent job but if the outcome is unreliable, it reflects on every point in the chain.
