Pepperfry - Furniture Store

Never ever buy product from pepperfry!! u order a product find it faulty and try to return it but looks like pepperfry does not believe in returning back of products. their 7 day return policy is a farce. dont waste ur hard earned money on these cronies. better to spend a few extra bucks on assured sites.

Cheaters.. Modus operandi: You order a product.. they send it.. you find it is faulty or not in good condition.. you try to return.. but the app shows it's still in transit when the app shows it's delivered only then you have the option to return. But the app will show delivered only past the return window and then they will not entertain your returns.. @pf ..please don't reply with your standard resolution of mailing you.. I have done it it doesn't work.Please talk to your Karanveer Singh

The reviews are not good. Should i consider using this aap to buy a bed for myself? Pepperfry guys should work on getting issues resolved. Due to so many negative comments, i am unable to decide whether i should purchase or not.

Very Dissappointing.. Received a defective product. It took a lot of effort for me to place a return request still it's not reflecting in the app. Also customer support is very bad. I haven't received any update on my return request and it's already 4 days since I have placed the request. Customer Service is a joke.. placed return request about 1 week ago , even mailed the return receipt but they still did not cross checked till today and not initiated the processing.

My experience is very bad with it. I bought Axis king size bed, in June. Product is of third quality,within a month wood started getting damaged. Their helpline is the worst, I ve experienced in online shopping. They said that after 7 days , they are not responsible for any product. What an answer!!!!!!. Urban Ladder is far better in product and dealing.

Call the customer care... Minimum wait time they say 10 min.. And after each and every passing one min they will say 'your estimated wait time is 10 min'.. Its never ending and on 10th min of your wait time you again get to listen 'your estimated wait time is 10 min'.. Seriously pepperfry?? Do you think people are fool?

Cheaters... After the order placement it was mentioned as the product delivery date is after a month. Then immediately i thought to cancel., but that also not possible.. No warranty for that product too... Very disappointed... Please don't buy any product from this cheaters...

Not happy... They need to focus on customer end satisfaction.. ordered a cot from them.. the information that I have to assemble it myself is hidden somewhere and once the customer care told me that on delivery they will arrange.. but during delivery they said no assembly in your area.. and this I was not Knowing until I got the order.. so now I'm searching for a carpenter to assemble wasting my time, money and effort... Not at all acceptable

Pathetic service. Product that was ordered on 8th has not yet been delivered. When you contact customer care, all they tell u is somebody will get back to u in 24- 48 hrs but nobody does. All u get is v r sorry v understand.. absolutely hopeless!!!!!

If you intend to buy any online furniture (not necessarily from Pepperfry alone), please read this: I have had a terrible experience with a book shelf that I purchased from Pepperfry. After precisely 15 months of its meager use, it is at the verge of collapse! AND, The Product appears to be "PAPER LAMINATED"! Here is my ADVICE from my OWN EXPERIENCE... If you need to buy a furniture, go the shop PHYSICALLY, and inspect the item, its quality etc. and satisfy yourself.. And proceed to buy. Never buy furniture by seeing them on the computer screen as they can be highly manipulated to improve their VISUAL appeal. I fell prey in the same way with Pepperfry.

Cheaters they are, dont buy anything from them, sent me a dusty muddy chair with stains, I raised a return, their carpenter came for investigation and confirmed it was display piece sent. Its been over 5 days now but they still wont refund the money or even acknowledge my emails. Big cheats and pathetic service.

I ordered a Hindware Chimney and Fabiano Gas Stove, I received the items very fast, faster than the expected date by 7 days. But the finishing of Fabiano Stove was not good, the top glass plate was not perfectly aligned, I don't know weather the seller knew and send me that on purpose afterall it's online and I can't inspect what I am buying. Other than that it was good experience. Thanks

Great prices. However, I am not able to decide wether to go for it or not because of the reviews posted. Really scares me to see the return policy and the poor customer service issues highlighted so many times.

Policies are very bussiness centric like ordered goods cannot be cancelled but they can anytime cancel product after ordered confirmed and shipment also . Beyond solving they are busy in escalation the matter without fruitful result. Moreover their logistic is also very poor but atlast they deliver after 20 days of shipment but they are responsibly keep in touch with customers, but customers has to pay to speak to cc and they useless always keep you in hold with every 2 minutes for escalation.

They are cheaters. They have horrible product return service. Once u place order u cant cancel ur order. Pathetic Customer service. There policy are one sided. They just want to cheat you. First read their review on internet than decide.

My first experience was not good because they don't deliver my order even after 15 days. They called me and say sorry and provide me a coupon of same amount but after that i order more than 20 items and my experience is very nice with product and delivery....thank you!

Dont use pepperfry ever guys.... No return policy. Once you order a product, u can't cancel it, even before shipping and if u think that u can return once it reaches u if u no longer need this product, u cant.. This is really funny and frustrating to see that the site/app is not user friendly at all, no wonder why amazon, flipkart and snapdeal are having max customers. Once ordered, will never think of ordering again. Looters...

Jus now installed the app but read all the reviews now its like having hesitation in buying product from ur company. Guyz work on this and please help them to solve there issues or else next customer will not have good impression like me.

Just 1 word for this nonsense. They deliver the product at a pin code but does not have assembly at that pin code. How disgusting. When ul deluver any product at a pin then pepperfry assembly sgould be avilable at that pin code. How do ul expect that any other carpenter will assemble ur product. In case ul cannot give assembly PLS DO NOT GIVE DELIVERY TO THAT PIN CODE EITHER

Misleading information is given in the ad. Please verify details being submitted by your sellers so that customer like me won't have to suffer. Thanks

The policies are very rigid...and the price points are more than anywhere else...it's difficult get through to the customer care...even when you do you just get the information about their policies...which in turn not adding any value to your concern matter...and I just lost about 6k due to false advertising for the product in this app!

Unsatisfactory buying experience. Recently bought some Products ,they were OK but company's policies are real spoiler. Would NOT recommend to buy from here.

BIG NO TO PEPPERFRY :-( Pathetic customer service. Strongly recommend not to buy anything from Pepperfry unless you are 1000% sure. Want to cancel order placed few hours ago but they do not have such policy.

The customer service is way too poor,they don't bother resolving customer's issue.Delivery is very slow and they don't even meet the expected delivery time.

Excellent App with good deals. But coupon they send expires very very soon. Not sure if the coupon is fake or users are so large.

Don't buy from this website.. they don't have return and refund policy.. waste of time and money.. terrible experience.. bad customer service, they argue unnecessarily.. they should be banned.. unable to report too..

I ordered laptop table. They show something by picture or description and then i ordered and i got a very very small product even the quality is no where nearby please return the product.

This is wow app, if you are settling into a new place or house. All needs are met are affordable prices with mind blowing deals and discounts.

Most of the furniture items are not delivered to northeast! Very disappointing!
