I'm not happy with this app. First, it said my email acct needs to verify first but I haven't get any verification email from this app. What a waste! ????

Stupid app. Wasting my time to register. It took me 5 times just to register and I can't even make my own account. Improve your app please

Very useful app. I can easily search an accredited hospital and physician, able to request a letter of authorization in few steps.

After downloading the new version, i can't open it.

Useless. Doesn't do anything when 'Select Provider' drop down menu is clicked.

The main reason why i use this apps because i can easily search for the nearest accredited hospitals and clinic near me. Love its capability.

App is no longer working. It was totally ok before the update. Tried to uninstall and install again, its just a black page that youll have and would prompt heyphil is not responding. Fix it please. Need it badly since im new to my place now.

App won't work anymore!! All you get after launching the app is a black screen. I've done uninstall then re-install but still the same. Useless!

changing the password for this app is not working. tried many times but still did not work... what's more confusing is they send 2 email links which are both useless...

They wanted me to verify my cert. I put it correctly and it didn't match to record. Ts. Waste of time

Useless. After selecting the doctor's name for LOA it didn't go through, stuck on the message bot. Waste of time.

This apps is not helpful, truly a waste of time and data, if you requesting for LOA it keeps on asking the name of the doctor. Then it will freeze. I will not recommend this apps and i will tell my employer to change our hmo provider.. limited doctors on a certain area..

Crappy app . Doenst work!

Useless app as always. Never improved. Consider getting a.new developer. I have 6 hmo cards under philcare. Trying to register them all is a pain. Its been more than 24 hours there is still no confirmation email....

I waited for my email verification but i haven't received any emails from this app. I assumed that it was automatically verified but tried to log in and expectedly can't log in. Much better to just delete this app. Its not useful and just a waste of time.
