We used the website. It was easy to use and Matt was very helpful and kind. Our guests uploaded some great shots which our photographer didn't capture. Thoroughly recommend.

Everything worked perfectly (although a bit slow) until I wanted to download the entire wedding album. It was broken down into zip files and I had to download 10 of those. By the speed of the first 4 files, I know see that this is going to take hours. I hope you have great patience... otherwise the download part will be pain! REPLY TO DEV: I have 80 Mbit... so it's NOT my Internet speed.

AVOID this company! I received my purchases AFTER my wedding, and have not received a single response from them and have lost count of the number of emails I have sent. Shocking customer service... Do not hand any money over to wedding photo swap.

Don't have a wedding without this app, we got to see tons of photos from all angles that we would never have seen without this app, all our special moments and some surprising ones too, and everyone enjoyed seeing them all. Awesome!

Downloaded the app and it was seriously glitchy, constantly logging in/out and refreshing. I emailed the company to find out if there was a fix and got a generic email back which wasn't helpful. I then tried to reset my password to something memorable and couldn't find anywhere to update my settings, only where to check 'm purchases'. I then lost all faith and changed to wedpics in order to avoid a glitchy disaster on the day.
