My firm is minority and women owned. There are less than 1% African American Women Financial Advisors in the industry. I am also a little younger than the average aged Financial Advisors which makes me more relatable to my client base. The average age of the professionals within the industry is 65-70.
I am a small boutique firm which means individualized customer service. I am a Fee Only Financial Advisor. This means that I do not get paid a commission and therefore I do not sell financial products. I am compensated based upon a flat fee. This allows me to objectively recommend financial products based upon your best interest and individual financial situation.
I am also a fiduciary. This means that I have the power and obligation to act for another under circumstances which require total trust, good faith and honesty. In simple terms, I must put your best interest above my own personal gain.
I provide services with deep compassion and non-judgement and focus on the behavioral side of money and challenges that might be holding them back from reaching their financial goals and dreams. I incorporate money coaching which examines the behavioral side of money (patterns that play out unconsciously) within all financial planning engagements.
Due to my wealth of experience, I am able to help my clients through “all things financial.”

My measure of success is when my client succeeds. I am skilled, disciplined, and am an action taker. I build lasting relationships with my clients that span beyond the services I provide.
Why Do I Do What I Do?
I do what I do because I am on a mission to change the financial blueprint of Americans. Saving money, reducing taxes, and planning for your financial future are 3 critical steps to obtaining financial freedom.
Today, many are caught in the matrix of debt. Many are waking up going to work, financing houses, financing cars, financing repairs, and have little or nothing to show for themselves after working 30 and 40 years. We have a retirement crisis and the only way to solve this is to educate and help individuals save and invest for the future.
Otherwise, we will have a nation that will rely heavily on social security to fund retirement. Taxes are one of the biggest deterrents to wealth. I love showing my clients the creative and legal methods to substantially save on taxes and invest the savings to create retirement savings. I equally enjoy helping my clients build a successful business, which is one of the key pillars to wealth.
