The Midwest PDC mobile app is a tool created to drive continuous improvement through immediate feedback from our customers. We encourage our customers at all levels to use this tool to send pictures, feedback, and rate our performance. This tool was created because we recognize that resources are not always available for this purpose, while anyone with a smartphone can download and utilize this tool.
