When a national healthcare group decided to outsource a support department, we designed and delivered 8 transition workshops to equip and empower their staff to move on positively and confidently.

Since 2005, we have been partnering with a national organisation to prepare their staff for career change in a holistic manner. 7 years and 47 runs later, career transition workshops has become an exciting next chapter that many of their long service staff looks forward to.

When a non-profit organisation wanted to skill up and scale up their coaching team to help the huge number of unemployed after the 2008 financial crisis, we designed and delivered 10 Employability Coach workshops (training at least 120 Coaches) that enabled them to help more than 21,000 people in 2010.

Working with the Employment & Employability Institute (e2i) and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), we helped more than 1,000 PMEs career transit through our career seminars and job hunting workshops from 2007 – 2009.
Working with Kaplan Professional from 2006 – 2009, we helped many organizations from different industries (including their overseas subsidiaries) to sharpen their problem solving, decision making and leadership skills.

Overall performance and staff morale rose inevitably.

In 2003, we delivered self employment workshops to many Singaporeans to build their resilience under the national upgrading initiative by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). Though we were 6 months late to the game, we ended up as the top 2 (out of 10 providers) for our module on analyzing market opportunity.
