Die Familien App kann viele Dinge, die für den Schutz und die Sicherheit Deiner Familie sorgen. Zum Beispiel kann Dein Kind mit nur einem Knopfdruck Dich oder andere Familienangehörige benachrichtigen oder ganz schnell über die Notfallzentrale Hilfe holen. Die Familien App hat viele sinnvolle Funktionen, die für die Sicherheit Deines Kindes sorgen.

SOS Ruf

Dein Kind kann damit schnell Hilfe holen, z.B. wenn es sich verletzt hat oder sich bedroht fühlt. Denn der SOS Ruf wird durch unsere Notfallzentrale bearbeitet. Es bekommt also rund um die Uhr sofortige Hilfe, auch wenn Du oder andere Familienangehörige mal nicht erreichbar sind.

Unsere Notfallzentrale ist rund um die Uhr für Dich und andere Menschen, die in Not sind, im Einsatz. Daher ist es ganz besonders wichtig, dass du und deine Familien den SOS Ruf nur in einer wirklichen Notfallsituation auslöst (vergleichbar mit dem Anruf bei der Polizei oder Feuerwehr!). Für alle anderen Fälle sollte der Familien Ruf genutzt werden.

Unsere Notfallzentrale betreiben wir mit der WISAG zusammen, einem langjährigen qualifizierten Partner. Die Notfallzentrale ist im Notruf- und Service Center der WISAG rund um die Uhr an jedem Tag im Jahr (24/7) für Dich und Deine Familie besetzt, so dass jederzeit schnelle Hilfe möglich ist.

Familien Ruf

Mit dem Familien Ruf kann Dein Kind Dich oder andere Familienangehörige rufen, wenn es das Gefühl hast, dass es Hilfe benötigt. Möglich wäre z.B. dass es sich verlaufen hat oder es ihm oder jemandem aus der Familie nicht gut geht. Dann kann es diesen Knopf drücken. Dann bekommen Du oder andere aus Deiner Familie sofort eine Nachricht darüber, wo Dein Kind ist und dass es Hilfe braucht. Dies ist also ein familieninterner Hilferuf.

Geofencing

Hier kannst Du bestimmte Bereiche festlegen, in denen sich Dein Kind normalerweise bewegt. Falls es diese Route, diesen Korridor verlässt, bekommst Du eine Nachricht. Natürlich kannst Du auch bestimmte Plätze - zum Beispiel die Schule – markieren. Du bekommst dann eine Meldung, wenn Dein Kind diesen Ort erreicht hat.

Weitere Funktionen

Wo bist du? 
Dein Kind kann die Position von Familienmitgliedern in der Nähe sehen, die Familienmitglieder anrufen und von ihnen Nachrichten oder Bilder erhalten.

Hier bin ich! 
Dein Kind kann Dir und anderen Familienangehörigen seinen Standort mitteilen - auch mit Bild und Nachricht. Und natürlich auch sehen, wo Du und die anderen Familienmitglieder gerade sind, wenn Ihr Euren Standort freigegeben haben.

Taschenlampen-, Blitzlichtfunktion: 
Falls Dein Kind irgendwo im Dunkeln den Weg nicht mehr findet. Oder es jemanden auf sich aufmerksam machen will.
