KH. Moh. Said adalah salah satu ulama pendiri NU. Pernah diberi tugas oleh Hadhratus Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy’ari untuk mengibarkan bendera NU ke penjuru dunia karena beliau termasuk orang yang mahir berbahasa Inggris, Russia, Jerman dan Belanda. Bersama Syaikh Ghanaim dan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, beliau berkelana ke luar negeri mengabarkan NU ke dunia internasional. Beliau mengantarkan surat berdirinya NU ke penjuru dunia Eropa.

Beliau adalah pendiri Pondok Pesantren Ketapang Malang, yang telah mendapatkan ijazah kemursyidan Thariqah Naqsyabandiyah-Khalwatiyah sewaktu di Mekkah. Di Mekkah itulah pertama kali beliau berjumpa dengan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah dkk.

KH. Moh. Said is one of the founders of NU's ulama. Been given the task by Hadhratus Sheikh KH. Hasyim Ashari to fly the flag of NU to the world because he was among those who are fluent in English, Russian, German and Dutch. Together Syaikh Ghanaim and KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, he ventured overseas to preach NU internationally. He was delivering a letter to the world the establishment of Europe's NU.
 
He is the founder of Pondok Pesantren Ketapang Malang, who have earned a diploma murshidship Thariqah Naqsyabandiyah-Khalwatiyah while in Mecca. Mecca was the first time he met with KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah et al.
