Young entrepreneurs have great vision; however, they often lack three key components every entrepreneur needs: Support and Entrepreneurial Skills Training, Startup Capital, and an Adequate Space to Create Ideas. By addressing these components, Apprentice Minds will help young entrepreneurs start, maintain success, or grow their small businesses while providing a space to create. We believe in creating a “Win-Win Situation” for everyone. Often times, the world of business is somewhat cut-throat, but it doesn’t have to be. Entrepreneurs rarely follow the rules; we redefine them according to our vision. My sister and I are entrepreneurs, but first, we are human beings who believe in good-ole fashion team work. We are not crabs-in-a-barrel waiting to pull down the others who seem to be getting ahead. Rather, we are more like monkey’s-in-a-barrel, ready to lend a helping hand to those struggling below while simultaneously reaching up to grab the hand of the one thriving above. This is our business model and true definition of cooperation and team work.
