How to Use the App
At the bottom of the screen there are five tabs:
Home:
See a summary of the latest news and today’s news. You can click on the event it will take you to the full event details. The latest five news items can be scrolled through to view the headlines, you can click on the headline to view the full news story.
Calendar
This can be viewed in two ways; as Month To View or List View. You can switch between these views using the icons in navigation bar at the top of the page. On the centre left is a small calendar icon and on the right is a small list icon.
When using the Month To View and one of the dates is marked by a dot, this indicates that there is an event on that day. If you tap on that date, you will see the event appear below the calendar. Tap any event to see more detailed information and a map of the event location (if applicable).
In the List View, you can scroll through all this months events, in date order. Again, you can tap any event to see more detailed information and a map of the event location (if applicable).
You can even import an event into your personal calendar from your app, if you select the import icon. Please note that if an event is altered in this calendar it will not change the details in your personal calendar unless you re-import the data.
Messages
Shows you all the messages for your school or organisation. Also within this section you can assign yourself to personalised message groups, simply click on message groups to activate and deactivate which messages you would like to see.
News
Shows all the latest stories from your school or organisation. If you tap on any news item you will be able to see more detail.
Information:
In this tab you can view the schools documentation (if applicable) such as there prospectus, news letters and links to further website links to more information. You can also share the app via email and social media
Calendar Filters:
Clicking on calendar filters, this gives you the opportunity to only see those calendar items that are relevant to you by selecting the Departments and Activities the app will display.

Unreliable and clunky when it does work. The latest update has not improved it. We use this to view events, but now it opens up on a home screen and we have to then select events. Why is that a good idea?

Dear APPS CENTRAL LTD (if that is your real name), I am writing this formal letter of complaint to inform you of how horrendous your app "High School of Dundee" is. The design of the app is hideous and looks like it has been designed by a 5 year old. The app does not work well at all and crashes almost constantly on my device. Furthermore your refusal to reply to any of the hugely negative feedback is extremely unsatisfactory. I have not encountered any of the terrible issues that other users have reporte

This here app has brought disaster upon the last of my people- the timelords. There is only myself and the Doctor left, be careful, if you use this app in a TARDIS then it interferes with the reverse flange generator, resulting in a combined explosion and implosion. These two opposites cancel out and create a rift in space and time through which my people fell. DO NOT USE in close proximity to a vortex manipulator either. yours, The Captain

Being my idea, i gave this app a go. At first it seemed wonderful! But then my phone gained a mind of it's own, not metaphorically!It became a sentient being!Well, that's odd,I thought,but no matter!I soon befriended my phone,but it was not to be trusted. This app is just awful. It has some use as a calendar however the design of the app is unexciting , unprofessional and looks as if it has been designed by a first year during a single lunch break .

Bad design, layout and the filter system doesn't even work. To view anything you must enable 'whole school' and 'general', and you get all events. You cannot view all fixtures for a single sports team at once and have to trawl through all the events to find what you are looking for, then once you find it it doesn't even give you times or details as to whether the fixture is at home or away. A poor attempt at a digital calendar
