বাংলা সাহিত্যের জনপ্রিয় উপন্যাসের বিভিন্ন সংগ্রহ নিয়ে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে। মানিক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ছিলেন একজন ভারতীয় বাঙালি কথাসাহিত্যিক। তার প্রকৃত নাম প্রবোধকুমার বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। তার রচনার মূল বিষয়বস্তু ছিল মধ্যবিত্ত সমাজের কৃত্রিমতা, শ্রমজীবী মানুষের সংগ্রাম, নিয়তিবাদ ইত্যাদি। ফ্রয়েডীয় মনঃসমীক্ষণ ও মার্কসীয় শ্রেণীসংগ্রাম তত্ত্ব দ্বারা গভীরভাবে প্রভাবিত হয়েছিলেন যা তার রচনায় ফুটে উঠেছে। জীবনের অতি ক্ষুদ্র পরিসরে তিনি রচনা করেন বিয়াল্লিশটি উপন্যাস ও দুই শতাধিক ছোটোগল্প। তাঁর রচিত পুতুলনাচের ইতিকথা, দিবারাত্রির কাব্য, পদ্মা নদীর মাঝি ইত্যাদি উপন্যাস ও অতসীমামী, প্রাগৈতিহাসিক, ছোটবকুলপুরের যাত্রী ইত্যাদি গল্পসংকলন বাংলা সাহিত্যের অন্যতম শ্রেষ্ঠ সম্পদ বলে বিবেচিত হয়। তার রচনার পদ্মা নদীর মাঝি নিয়ে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে।

বঙ্কিমচন্দ্র চট্টোপাধ্যায় উনিশ শতকের বাঙালি সাহিত্যিক ও সাংবাদিক। বাংলা গদ্য ও উপন্যাসের বিকাশে তাঁর অসীম অবদানের জন্যে তিনি বাংলা সাহিত্যের ইতিহাসে অমরত্ব লাভ করেছেন। তাঁকে সাধারণত প্রথম আধুনিক বাংলা ঔপন্যাসিক হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয়। তার রচনার দুর্গেশনন্দিনী,কপালকুণ্ডলা নিয়ে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে।

কাজী নজরুল ইসলাম ছিলেন বিংশ শতাব্দীর অন্যতম জনপ্রিয় অগ্রণী বাঙালি কবি, ঔপন্যাসিক, নাট্যকার, সঙ্গীতজ্ঞ ও দার্শনিক যিনি বাংলা কাব্যে অগ্রগামী ভূমিকা রাখার পাশাপাশি প্রগতিশীল প্রণোদনার জন্য সর্বাধিক পরিচিত। তিনি বাংলা ভাষার অন্যতম সাহিত্যিক, দেশপ্রেমী এবং বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় কবি। তাঁর কবিতায় বিদ্রোহী দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির কারণে তাঁকে বিদ্রোহী কবি নামে আখ্যায়িত করা হয়েছে। তাঁর কবিতার মূল বিষয়বস্তু ছিল মানুষের ওপর মানুষের অত্যাচার এবং সামাজিক অনাচার ও শোষণের বিরুদ্ধে সোচ্চার প্রতিবাদ। প্রথম দিকেই মোসলেম ভারত, বঙ্গীয় মুসলমান সাহিত্য পত্রিকা, উপাসনা প্রভৃতি পত্রিকায় তার কিছু লেখা প্রকাশিত হয়। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে উপন্যাস বাঁধন হারা এবং কবিতা বোধন, শাত-ইল-আরব, বাদল প্রাতের শরাব, আগমনী, খেয়া-পারের তরণী, কোরবানি, মোহরর্‌ম, ফাতেহা-ই-দোয়াজ্‌দম্‌, এই লেখাগুলো সাহিত্য ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষভাবে প্রশংসিত হয়। তার রচনার বাঁধনহারা, কুহেলিকা নিয়ে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে।

রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুর ছিলেন অগ্রণী বাঙালি কবি, ঔপন্যাসিক, সংগীতস্রষ্টা, নাট্যকার, চিত্রকর, ছোটগল্পকার, প্রাবন্ধিক, অভিনেতা, কণ্ঠশিল্পী ও দার্শনিক। তাঁকে বাংলা ভাষার সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ সাহিত্যিক মনে করা হয়।রবীন্দ্রনাথকে গুরুদেব, কবিগুরু ও বিশ্বকবি অভিধায় ভূষিত করা হয়। রবীন্দ্রনাথের ৫২টি কাব্যগ্রন্থ,৩৮টি নাটক, ১৩টি উপন্যাস তাঁর জীবদ্দশায় বা মৃত্যুর অব্যবহিত পরে প্রকাশিত হয়। ১৯১৩ সালে গীতাঞ্জলি কাব্যগ্রন্থের ইংরেজি অনুবাদের জন্য তিনি সাহিত্যে নোবেল পুরস্কার লাভ করেন। তার রচনার ঘরে বাইরে , চোখের বালি নিয়ে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে।
অদ্বৈত মল্লবর্মণ বাঙালি ঔপন্যাসিক ও সাংবাদিক। তৎকালীন কুমিল্লা জেলার অধীনে ব্রাহ্মণবাড়ীয়া মহকুমার গোকর্ণঘাট গ্রামে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। তিতাস একটি নদীর নাম শিরোনামের একটিমাত্র উপন্যাস লিখে তিনি বাংলা সাহিত্যের চিরস্মরণীয় ও অমর প্রতিভা হিসেবে সবিশেষ স্বীকৃতি লাভ করেন। শরৎচন্দ্র চট্টোপাধ্যায় হলেন একজন প্রখ্যাত বাঙালি সাহিত্যিক। তার সাহিত্যকর্মের কারণে পাঠকের নিকট তিনি অপরাজেয় কথাশিল্পী উপাধিতে আখ্যায়িত হন। তার রচনার দেবদাস,দেনা-পাওনা,চরিত্রহীন নিয়ে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে। Bengali literature, popular novels, several collections have been made with the application.
