Ordered Modak sweets on first day of Ganesh chaturthi the 17th . Didn't rec. yet. Not even they communicated . Total unfaithful experience.

They donot deliver on mentioned time and inspite of calling thrice they guarantee delivering in next 30 mins..but no delivery. ..and then give lame reasons for same

I ordered groceries at around 10 in the morning, and was told that the order would be delivered at around 11.30 or something. But my order was delivered at around 3.30pm. Even though you have third party tie-ups you should insure that the said items should be delivered promptly. Kiranafirst gives better service than yours.

I liked this app alot. Its nice although service was a little bit delayed but no worries for me. The app is little slow and UI is also not too good, I think the devlopers would improve on that front soon.

I was the regular customer but not now. Every categories have hardly few nos of product. Missing old getnow whc use 2 have soo many things specially in eating categories like snacks n packages.

You challenge that the order will reach at your doorstep within 2hours...but I ordered yesterday still i didn't get it and no one is receiving phone calls...I think at the beginning you give prompt service then you ignore the customers..

Why can't we zoom in the product photos? And why are there no books in the books category, although if i search a book it'll come up with some search result, but when i go inside books option it say oops we don't have anything or something like that?
