i wanted to cancel my order... and re order it with some alterations.. but no option to cancel ur order on website.. and the toll free no.. they have given.. no body cares to pick the call and if picks then disconnect it without having a word... disgusting service

It's a tedious job to stop online through this app.... also not getting the transaction history . Also couldn't track the order.

Not user friendly. Tracking your order is a time consuming process. After checking your courier you have to give your tracking I'd then the buffering starts n you no clue as to where your order is. No periodical update from courier firm unlike other online companies. Overall experience is not satisfactory. Many of the product are available at discounted rates at other online stores.

It's very difficult to track your order. You are fortunate enough if you can get through the customer care no. given in the app.

Unable to pay, ccavenue error in app and website, trying for 3 days no luck, no response on phone or email, finally was able to pay with help but more than 1 week not shipped, customer care unable to say anything about order,

Unable to sign up.. again and again it says to enter 8 digit alfanumeric password with atleast one special character... But it did not accepts any.. tried many.. even tried the example given in pralay's review.. still unable to sign up.. Please help.

Sorry to say but worst app and worst platform ever I have encountered in e-commerce. Ur app and website is not accepting credit card ( payment button is locked). Not accepting netbanking. Not showing QR code for UPI. And when refreshed the page.. Bang.. ur order is gone.. do the whole process again.. Trying same since day before yesterday. I wish I cud rate u less than 1 star. Never ever recommended.. that's y u lose business. ☺️

Products are undoubtedly excellent but this app needs some serious update regarding it's smooth functionality. Products do not readily add up to cart. And after making payment, no notification regarding successful payment is shown

I had given order on 30th March for products worth Rs.1990/-. I paid through my credit card for which the payment was deducted and I received an order confirmation email and SMS in which it was mentioned that the products will be delivered at my address within 4-7 days. Today is 19th April but I still haven't recieved my product parcel. I wrote an email reminding them about my order but there is no reply. I call the customer care almost everyday but I can never get through. There is no way I can cancel my order. I am no longer ever interested in buying Sri Sri products as they seem to just earn money fraudulently but do not deliver the goods. So BEWARE and don't fool yourself into buying Sri Sri products online. You will just end up losing your money.

Order status not available they send your order after three weeks they r not customer sensitive. They don't tell about ur parcel details. When u go for customer care they don't pick up phone. Totally foolish app don't take any thing

Needs a lot of improvement. Search option is not convenient. Login option if provided on home page will be good, making available the history of purchase. So that we can repeat purchase without searching again. Wish all the best.

Pls provide the order details and expected delivery data and delivery details including the delivered date.. It will be helpful. Other wise we are not able to make out whether you have delivered or not

Customer service is worst.they don't respond to Tweets or ur mails if u write about problems ur facing with their service.I wrote many mails n twitted n got no response.and if u write or tweet some thing good,den they wil keep on re tweeting.was not excepting frm AOL.I think customer service people r nt doing Kriya properly.my advice to them ,plz do regular Kriya.n plz don't spoil Gurujis name.

We Shoud have an Option to View Our Order,Modify or Cancel It On the Application Itself.Also we should Know the Delivery Status Like Tracking ORDER etc.I am Sure U all Will Do everything to make This App More User-friendly And Cool as Our Sri Sri.

App not good, all items removed from basket but it incorporate one unavailable item it self. It is Bad experience, and unable to purchase other items.

A great variety and unique products are offered. Organic and ayurvedic products. Need badly these kind of products in today's world.

Four instead of 5 because App processing is little slow and I wish more products like fragrances etc should be made available on this app. Second thing ordered history list of purchased items must be shown. And rest of all things are appreciable.

I ordered some health supplements which are really effective and also food items which are tasty. And very importantly, I made a successful Cashless Payment with my Card. Great service!

Money got deducted from my card and the app says the transaction failed. The customer care number under contact us doesn't work. Seems like a fraud app to me.

There is no customer support. I want to cancel my order but dont know how to do that because the given number is fake.. no one attends the call..
