Darknet: The Guide

This "app" is obviously designed only to collect data on you. Look at all of the requirements. Why would an app like this need access to your camera, call history, files, photos, audio, location, device ID & app history, Bluetooth info?................................... It shouldn't need a single permission. Watch what you install folks. If it needs unreasonable access question if it's worth installing.

Its very yous full​ in only in the bitcoin i already know about the hidden wiki the dark net is i want to know about or the dark web its the same thing because the hidden wiki is different.

Is a short class of what you will face and the places, sites and others things you should avoid . Also explains some other stuff that are related to all this hidden network and the good uses people can take from it.

I never really knew anything about the dark net but this filled me in as a beginner

I like that this app included some truly valid reasons for anonymous web usage, giving a thought toward the oppression and restrictions some other countries face we in the US do not - to such a degree, anyway. I am going to reference some key points made here when I update/revise my website. That is of course if the app developer doesn't mind.

I love the straightforwardness of the app, tells a user what to expect of the darknet, however I think more info should be added to it.

I learned a lot in very little time. It is not an intimidating amount to read and is organized which keeps it non intimidating. Great job this way. EXCEPT the permissions it requires shows contridiction - the developer has no respect for anonymity as this requires you to permit it to spy on you in many ways including but not limited to your calls and your camera, things it has no involvement in for your sake.

Worked great but was disappointed it was not a tutorial, just snippets. I have known about this back when they simply called it the Internet 2, but it has been hard to find info on the Clear Web about the Darknet.

You can get better info from google, plus "Torch" was set up by the NSA / CIA! For is the wild west, you can see allot but it is not good or bad, it's both!

Great info for anyone interested in the other 9/10 of the web that's hidden. It clears up a lot of misconceptions. The only thing you will need to know is how to configure Tor.

This app asks for a lot of permissions it doesn't need, such as your camera. I installed it on a burner phone just so I could see what it needs these perms for, and it's all for nothing that the app actually tells you about. Watch yourselves, those who download this and intend to use the darknet for actual anonymity.

A totally useless app. I'm a complete newbie, but I already have gone far beyond what this "guide" offers. Find out for yourself is the way to go here...

This is basic information. All it says is tor is bad and you shouldnt use it.

Very informative. I have an ex who keeps hacking me, now I feel better equipped to prevent any further issues.

This app is obviously only for informational purposes. The general info was short but concise, I would have wished for more content but this is a very good intro for a beginner

If you have no i idea what the dark web is, this is a great primer. A more comprehensive guide as a follow up would be nice.

Would be good if the author could add more content. Easy stuff like the 10 most useful sites on the Dark web. Etc. Thanks all the same for an ad-free no bs experience.

I have fiddled with this app and finally got fed up and said "skip it ". Truly thought this was going to be a good primer for this Darknet I have heard so much about. Well I just need to get over it. As for me, UNINSTALLING!

WTF?? Check those permissions. A guide needs to activate Bluetooth. Cameras, call info.... Shady. Do not install

Yes it was called internet 2. Its safe now but I stay off it. No reason to be on there. Serface web has enough info. If you want to learn about deepnet go to Google people.
