Shop Arbonne

The apps are great BUT icon is not showing on my phone. Both shop and my office. The only way I can access it is via playstore. Please advise.

Doesn't work for android.

At first I loved it. The on behalf enhancement is very helpful. But now I can't access my cart without being kicked out of the app. I can browse and shop and access other features but I can't check out so the app is useless to me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Frustrated.

I can not access anything. I can not access my cart and finish order. I have tried to uninstall AP and force stop nothing. If I could give it a zero star a would.

Good app helps but it doesn't actually put items in the cart to give total and special offers. I guess because it isn't in real time???

App works great! Better than the website

Arbonne is CATERING to their Apple-user Consultants, leaving the Android-user Consultants to wallow in a very muddy app. Extremely unhappy with it, wish negative stars were an option!

I loved this app, never had one issue or complaint, it was 5+ stars for me. But for the past two weeks, I havn't been able to access the shopping cart, it crashes every time. I've done everything from restart my phone, update app, uninstall and reinstall app. I've sent several detailed reports. And unfortunately everything saved in my cart is not saved on my cart when accessing it on desktop. And being a larger order with customized ASVP's and more, it's overwhelming to start over. I was hopping the dev would have had it fixed by now. When it's working it's a brilliant app. But it's not usable for me at the money. HTC One. Please fix so I can use this amazing app again.

I love being able to order the supplies that I need but sometimes switching back and forth from check out bag to the catalog it freezes and Boots me off which is very frustrating.

App will not let me view or clear my shopping bag, crashes every time. Have tried logging out and uninstalling multiple times and a call to the home office was no help either! Extremely frustrating!

The android app doesn't maintain your shopping bag like the iPad app does. If you start the order on another device you should be able to retrieve it and continue on android

I have been told good things, but it states my valid (hotmail.co.uk) is not valid, so can't log in :(

Love this app, thank you! Having trouble viewing the Shopping Bag. The bag has 7 items, but I can't click it to check out. Any ideas??

Think this is fabulous however I am on android and unable to order on behalf of someone else and other parts don't appear to load correctly. Please help!!

User friendly, fast loading, up to date!

Search function glitches and won't search without refreshing. Prices all in dollars even for UK orders. Can't access account info without going to desktop site.

I love being able to view PC catalog... it's the little things that make me happy... when will it be available for tablets?

Unable to change the build your own value pack. Tried force closing and re-installing.

Keeps crashing

I love the idea, it's simple to use and well laid out... but it takes forever to load a page which makes browsing a pain.

I like that you can simply place an order, but you can't search for individual items without scrolling through a list of all the products. Also, I don't like that you can't find a host to apply the purchase to. Please update this for Android phones.
