Really bad app. Freezes, when trying too have stuff delivered too store it tells me that option is no longer available for that store and this keeps coming up each time I try to check out. Uninstalled it and just trying it again once more before I give up completely.

Wont even start. Keeps crashing while it opens. Load of crap.

For some reason I can't get delivery to my local store of outfit on the app but when I do it through the website I can. Why? Can't this be fixed?

When refining and sorting search, the filters don't work. When scrolling through search results, same items appear over and over again. Delete

Always tells me I have no internet connection so can't load any products even though I have 4G. So frustrating.

Worst app...doesn't always load, hard to filter results. Always repeats items over and over! Sort it out DP!!!

It was a good app diplaying all the items and different areas it had to offer the navigation however wwas terrible.

...And when I try to add an item to my basket, the app crashes. I'm a big fan of Dorothy Perkins' skinny jeans so I'll hang on in there for an update but this is ridiculous. I'm surprised any company would release an app this fundamentally flawed. I'm using an Xperia Z2 as well so it's not like my phone is obsolete.

This used to be a great app but I can now only see one item of clothing for each section. Reading the other reviews it seems that I am not the only person who is experiencing this. Sort it out DP!

It was fine before now they have updated it doesn't work on my s5, it only shows 1 item in all areas. They are going to loose a lot of business because of this, please sort it!

Really annoying only shows one item per category! Used to be really good!

One item per page??? Should have read reviews before installing. Will definitely be deleting.

You have to drill down too far. I would like to view all dresses and not filter type first, this should be optional under refine.

How can such a major high street store have such a useless app. If I wana see boots I wana see all don't ask Me to filter down more. No size options it's bloody crap. Don't download I'm so angry

Just get "no available stores" when you search for one to deliver your order to (or use the store locator) with an NI town/postcode, even though the website recognises them fine, so pretty useless unless you want to pay for home delivery!

As a store card holder and loyal customer I fully expected to be able to view my account and arrange a return on the app-it would appear I am overly optimistic!

Absolutely rubbish app, used to only show one item per section, now since the "upgrade" it just brings up an error message that there's no Internet connection, which I know to be incorrect because my other online apps work fine. Oh, and the only thing that does work is the constant spamming with special offer notifications, which I can't use cos the app doesn't work.

Going great until checkout- the collect from store option has been limited to one shop which is useless!

It wouldn't let me pay using a gift card, tried PayPal, then debit card... it wouldn't let me input details. Had to go on computer. Logged in to try and return an item.... crashed at every attempt. I am uninstalling! Either use their website - or keep it simple and shop instore! Terrible shopping app!!!

Finally updated and working! My bank account might regret this...

Works ok on my Xperia Z but not on the Xperia Z3.

Just downloaded on my s5 because it popped up on FB and I can only see one item per catergory...Sorry DP ill be uninstalling can't waste precious memory on useless apps. Shame.

Only displays one item per category. Used to work but clearly there's a bug and the DP marketing team don't check their reviews often enough to pick it up.

Awful. Same as others, will only show one item. I am removing the app.

I used to like this app but now can only see one item per category ( on Galaxy s5) so it is completely useless to me.

Was a good app but for some reason has stopped working on the galaxy s5 . Can only view 1 item per category .

Used to work fine then updated a few months ago and can only see one item, there has been no improvement or update to solve this. Poor effort dp!

Was really good till about 4 days ago.Now I can't view anything but one item not very happy
