It's a pity, as I love this app on my Archos with the codec plugin as it works with any file I throw at it. The same cannot be said about this Android version which I've just paid good money for? - com'on Archos pull your finger out, especially if you're going to charge good money for it! AC3 codec not supported it says.

I bought this but still cant play MPEG-2. Archos just keeps saying MPEG-2 is not supported and directing me to Google Play to buy the plugin.

I purchased and enjoyed being able to watch everything on my GS3....BUT!!! When my GS3 took a running dive of this mortal coil, it took my MPEG-2 plugging with it. My extended warranty replaced said GS3, so now what? I'm supposed to spend ANOTHER $5 bucks? I don't think so. But, where do I go for support on such an issue?

Some people may find this pricey, but it is a great thing to have if your media library consists of a lot of mpeg-2 based video. This makes it so you never need to convert that media, and plays it flawlessly.

Just reinstalled. Wait and see what happens. Would love to see an App that contains every application for video and audio supporting every codec made, even if they are no longer popular!
