The schedule mode (timer) worked for a few days and now doesn't work anymore. The remote access (activating the switch when outside of the home network) doesn't work. The countdown timer and standard switch activation work well however

TIMER FIX: Had to set my timezone to Yakutsk to get it to work correctly. Worked for me as its the same timezone as Brisbane. Hope they fix this. Will change rating if they do.

Awful, back in 1899 early motor car owners needed a full time mechanic to operate them, now, any one can drive a car without knowing how it works, this app and sadly many others are stuck in 1899, only highly tech savy people can use them, it's 2017, start making things that **"#$ work

Configured it initially worked OK. Then....I programmed it with countdown timer. Could not reset timer to zero. Reset unit now cannot even configure it anymore a waste of money. Do not buy.

Doesn't work from 3G/4G or out side from home network. It's says device offline. But can manage from within home wifi network. if I can;t remotely manage the power point. no point having this. Disapointed.

Cannot use on / off timer settings from either Nexus 5 nor Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. No information in FAQ for support or reporting problems.

Lots of issues. Duplication of new timer entries. Sometimes after deleting an entry, later to find out it has returned. Difficulty synchronising to correct timezone, with smart switches turning on at incorrect times. Only things that functioned correctly were the manual on/off triggering (once I got it to work correctly) and countdown timers. A bit of work is needed to get this to work properly.

Timer Issues....In Melbourne, timezone set to sydney +11 and it doesn't work, but as soon as i set it to Hobart, same +11 it works fine. this needs to be fixed as i would have returned the item if i hadn't read someones elses way to fix on here.

Sort your crap out. Real pissed cause i bought the plug mainly for the timer and it wont work. Well like other users does work but at wrong times. Tried re install even replaced the plug but no joy. Dont buy this plug if you need timer.

Timer does not work. Time zone always out of synch. App is buggy, experienced multiple views overlapping. Created a "scene" (whatever that is) but cannot modify or delete it. Needs some more work. Will up rating if these issues are addressed.

Instruction book was obviously written before app was upgraded. Doesn't align so a bit confusing. But got it working & works over 3G mobile remotely. Very happy and much cheaper than Belkin product but no IFTTT. Had to force the plug to use the correct wifi network as default was wrong one. Same hardware as S20 from Orvibo and wewo app.

According to the box it is "very easy to set up" however it refuses to connect to the device. There is no support pages on the net. Avoid at all costs.
