Could be better if it used a sound to alert you, it only vibrates and I wasn't always able to tell when it went off while my phone was in my arm band so would have to check it.

Great app. The sound option isnt a big deal for me because it would interrupt my music. I'm happy with the vibration. However, the 10 interval max is annoying. I'm training for a half-marathon and 10 intervals is small time. I have to stop, unlock my phone, and reset in the middle of my workout and that's only if I've realized the 10 interval cycle ended. Make longer cycles available, and maybe even have an unlimited time option.
