The advertisement on the website site said I could ask my question for FREE if I downloaded the app!! BEWARD this is a tactic to boost their number of times downloaded..which they are paid a percentage of profit from Google.. This is simply known as "CLICK BAITING" VERY VERY sad world we are living in. I could have REALLY used some quick advice!
