I bought a MemoPad 3 years ago specifically to take to a 4-day convention for note taking. Loved it. Something went wonky with the tablet and I had to send for repair. Tried to use the non-intuitive backup system and thought I'd accomplished it successfully. Turns out not so much. So, I eventually bought another Asus product - a ZenPad - and thought I'd try to import the stupid files again. I have the files on my cloud drive, but the software will not import them or sync with them. Correction, it gave me about 4 of the 38 pages of notes I'd taken. Try to chat online with TECH support and Asus doesn't provide support for this software/app. This note-taking software has ridiculous limitations and is completely mind boggling in the importing / exporting / backing up / file manager system. Save your sanity - Use Evernote - it's a gazillion times better.

All my notes before gone after update, and i can't sign in my WebStorage account. While in the login menu show can sign in with WebStorage account. Thank you

Very silly that you cant save a notee thats more than one page, other than to save as separeta pages. Nor can you share the note, other than with separate emails. Glaring issue which makes the whole thing a bit amateur..

This is a great app, works well on my fone coz im an asus user. Just 1suggestion i think there should be a "trash can", so all deleted notes can still be retrieved if we wished to.

I'm trying to send a feedback, but my texts are not appearing on the screen. Can u help me retrieve my notes? I opened it the other day, but all my notes are gone! I haven't made an online backup yet.

If you would let people work with it and not just need another stupid registration to gather data it might be a useful tool. I did after getting the message account created the message that its wrong and I cant access. What a crap!!!!!!

I own three ASUS devices. This app will not sync even one single note to share among them. Useless.

I like the app but one flaw I don't like is the limited page size, I'd like an option for more text on one page or endless text. This makes it easier for me to copy and paste large groups of text.

App's widget needed to be developed. There are so many big symbols or letters that have very little importance for the widget and, as a result, notes remains small. You should make symbols (I.e. page numbers, "sort" symbol, the name of the memory page) smaller and slide the emphasis to the notes.

!! Please fix. I haven't set up my password yet. But it requires me to enter a password to view my locked notes. Now i can't access my locked notes at all since i did not set up one.

Omg this app is what I was looking for! This is the best app. Better than one note better than journey and diaro. It have notebooks and we can add pages to it. This is simple and best journal writing app. I really loved it and its totally free. You can sync your data with your ASUS account. Best app for ASUS users.

Still doesn't log in, and it would be better if it syncs to other cloud based storages like onedrive and Google Drive

Asus supernote is good and easy to use. And Thankyou ASUS for giving volte support for zenfone 2 laser ze550kl.

How do I unlock notes that are lockee if I forgot the password? I'm pretty sure my password was correct but it still won't unlock.

Please Add these features : 1. Highlight/Underline option 2. Fonts options & Font size option 3. 'Read only' mode should be fullscreen. How could you leave out such imp basic features *sigh* I expect so much better from Asus

When i locked the file and i forgotten password their is no option like forgotten password to reset password my document not coming back without password...

It's one of the finest utility simplified for our common use and easy to understand

If you could also provide an alternative to retrieve forgotten password, it would really help.
