การศึกษาเรื่อง การจัดการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสื่อเรียนรู้และท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวัดพม่าและไทใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ด้วยโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนสมาร์ทโฟน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมา และคุณค่าความสำคัญ ตลอดจนศึกษาสภาพการณ์ ปัญหาของสื่อเรียนรู้ และนำเสนอรูปแบบสื่อโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนสมาร์ทโฟน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้และท่องเที่ยววัดพม่าและไทใหญ่ ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาในรูปแบบสหวิทยาการ (Interdisciplinary Research) และนำเสนอผลงานการวิจัยในรูปแบบพรรณนา ตลอดถึงผลการศึกษาพบว่า วัดพม่าและไทใหญ่ มีความสำคัญต่อการเรียนรู้และการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดลำปาง แต่ยังขาด “สื่อ”ที่จะเข้ามาตอบสนองความต้องการการเรียนรู้วัดพม่าและไทใหญ่ และในปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีได้รับการพัฒนาไปอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยเฉพาะ สมาร์ทโฟน ด้วยเหตุนี้การสร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้ โดยผ่านโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนสมาร์ทโฟน เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวัดพม่าและไทใหญ่ ของจังหวัดลำปาง สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการ เพื่อให้เยาวชน ประชาชนทั่วไป รวมไปถึงนักท่องเที่ยวได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ถูกต้อง และสามารถเข้าถึงได้อย่างง่าย สะดวกสบาย โดยผ่านโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนสมาร์ทโฟน ซึ่งทุกเพศทุกวัยต่างให้ความสนใจ และใช้กันมากในปัจจุบัน และอีกในอนาคตที่ระบบกำลังจะถูกพัฒนาไปอย่างไม่มีวันหยุดต่อไป
