مجلس بلدي مكة

المجلس البلدي سلطة مستقلة في اعمالها عن الجهاز التنفيذي لأمانة العاصمة ويمارس أعماله واختصاصاته النظامية في التقرير والمراقبة وفقا لأحكام النظام واللائحة وفي حدود الاختصاص الموضوعي والمكاني للأمانة .
تطبيق المجلس بمكة المكرمة:
يعمل التطبيق الى عرض ومتابعة اعمال المجلس وتقديم الشكاوي والمقترحات وفق نظام تقني متطور يحقق سرعة الانجاز وسهولة الاتصال والتواصل بين اهالي مكة المكرمة والمجلس البلدي كما يشكل حلقة وصل بين المجلس وبين امانة العاصمة المقدسة وكذلك بين امانة المجلس والاعضاء .
اهداف التطبيق
يهدف هذا التطبيق الى ما يلي:
1- المساهمة باطلاع ساكني مكة المكرمة وزوارها على جميع نشاطات واعمال الاجتماعات والزيارات الخاصة بأعضاء المجلس .
2- تقديم الشكاوي والاقتراحات ومعرفة ما تم عليها من اجراءات مما يسهل تفاعل المواطنين مع المجلس .
3- يشكل هذا التطبيق حلقة وصل تفاعلية بين المجلس البلدي وامانة العاصمة المقدسة .
4- أتمتة ما يتعلق بين المجلس البلدي وامانة العاصمة المقدسة فيما يخص الشكاوي والاقتراحات المقدمة من المواطنين ويعتبر وسيلة اتصال فعالة بينهما .
5- عرض البيانات الخاصة بالمجلس من ارقام الاتصال الهاتفي ومعرفة حسابات المجلس المعتمدة في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي واسماء الاعضاء وصورهم .

The objectives of the application
This application is aimed at the following:
1. Contribute to inform residents of Mecca and visitors on all the activities and business meetings and visits for members of the Council.
2. Complaints and suggestions and find out what it was from the measures making it easier for citizens interact with the Council.
3. This application is an interactive panel interface between the Municipal Council and the Municipality of the Holy City.
4. Automate relation between the Municipal Council and the Municipality of the Holy City with regard to complaints and suggestions from citizens and is considered an effective means of communication between them.
5. Display data Council of dial numbers and knowing Council approved accounts in social networking sites and the names of the members and their pictures.
