Pretty much a waste of time. Typical AT&T bullshit. They should be clear that this is not built to connect to corporate networks

Use AT&T client on work laptop..I assumed this was the same...I was wrong...Using known working credentials to login to Corp network this fails to connect....Not sure what the difference is... We'll keep looking.

My account number is to long. After reading the reviews evidently this has been a problem for over 2 years and STILL not fixed!

These dumb developer and At&t, the app doesn't work. Xfinity will always rule over you. At&t is cancel as of now.

Seems that have an issue with this app and the latest version of Android, for me it can't connect in VPN. Someone else is having this type of problem?

I'm like other clients with 9 digit account numbers. When I signed up, this was one of the reasons why. I don't understand why you guys don't support all of your customers. So far, planning on canceling within my 30 days.

When I try signing in with my account. The account text box only allows 8 digits, but my account number is 9 digits. So it makes the app useless, please fix the problem.

Can you tell me how to enable this feature. Settings->login credentials-->select access type. This feature and many other features in settings has been disabled.

So I have no issues with the desktop version of this program, however when I went to log in to my corporate account the Android version limited my password to 18 characters, not long enough for my password. Please fix this.

After connection the disconnect is greyed out. I can't disconnect until I am uninstalling it now.

My account can not be verified...my account number is 9 - 10 digits long, yet the space allowed is only 8 digits long. If account number is absolutely needed for long in, that should get fixed to allow for proper verification. Thank you.

Moto G on android 4.4.4. Any attempt to simply enter password and click CONNECT, and the client simply crashes and disappears. How can AT&T come up with such garbage?

Try to authenticate using VPN but get general authorisation failure. Invalid configuration enforcement, NCV is required. No idea what this means but surely it should work for an AT&T service?

Can not uninstall it and I have no use for it. Takes up space on my device that I need

nexus 4 and 7 now not working, running 4.4.4 had to wait a yr to get it to work now its stopped again useless support, wish i had another option! stuck using windows version.

This app is highly vulnerable to heart bleed. Those who are like myself stuck with this app due to at&t not allowing built in apps to be removed, disable it now. For those who don't have it on their phone and are thinking about downloading, DON'T!!!" While AT&T is not at fault for heart bleed contaminating their app, they are responsible for forcing their customers to be stuck with it. It is because of this reason I only rated them a 1.
