Ring Central Office & Hand is a FRAUD! Do not buy it or download it. I purchased the service at an ATT store. It was taken 30 hours for them to install it. I had to go back next day to finish the installation. They have ported my number from ATT on the 29th of July. All of a sudden I didn't have a phone signal. I was disconnected from the server. So I had to run back to the same ATT outlet to reconnect my phone immediately. Since then all hell broke loose. I got "mixed" service, Rings when ever want to, I missed many many calls and messages as the phone don't ring at all! No message warning. This is the way beyond of any kind of service. Today is the 6th of July and still got mixed service . I am a service guy have an ear piece at ll times . They should have never ported me out of ATT whom claims I closed my account. They never heard of Office at Hand! So here we are I realized office at hand is built the same way as phishing when you using someone else number and an other number shows up on the caller ID. Will NOT WORK with out a real provider phone signal. . ATT called Office & Hand PROVIDERS. They are not. It is a major legally done FRAUD! Do your homework.DO NOT GET IT!

Ugh. The Active Call notification will NOT clear out when a call is over. I tried everything, but it only clears when I reboot the phone.

While app is intalled I get a "Call not sent" failure message when I attempt to make a call from my phone's regular dialer. The call goes through on 2nd attempt but only after reentering the phone number/ contact, which gets to be annoying. I will reinstall and rate 5 stars when this is fixed.

Latest update disconnected from my contacts list so I no longer have access to contacts . This update also drops the call after 5mins like clockwork. Very poor testing before releasing IMO.

The App seems to work fine so far but being able to change the ring tone so I can differentiate my personal phone from my RingCentral calls would be a simple, but appreciated feature. I'm actually surprised this already isn't an option? I'll rate it accordingly as I use it more.

This is absolutely the worst business tool I have come across. There are constant dropped calls, poor reception evens in strong 4GLTE areas. Call waiting performance is a joke. Has 0 benefit to my business. Don't waste your time and energy.

Not long after downloading your app to my new Note 5, I couldn't make outgoing calls. I only realized it was your app after I returned the first Note 5 phone, paid a restocking fee, received a new Note 5, and downloaded your app, and shortly after the same problem occured..... when I tried to dial out, it wouldn't; and the message, "call not sent", appeared again!!! Preventing me from making any and all outgoing calls...After I traced my steps, Uninstalled your app, I was able to make outgoing calls again.

Pay attention to the "dialer" prompts while installing if you are a Google Voice user and O@H will work properly when it is NOT the default dialer.

I got sucked into this service through a hard sell from our at&t rep. The app makes calls easily enough, and I can retrieve messages well enough. However, what my rep didn't tell me until long after I'd ported all of my business lines, is that it doesn't include a phone directory listing! That is the worst part of this service. Now on the the app's missing features: It doesn't access the contacts that are input online in the main Office@Hand web site; it doesn't send faxes; it doesn't give access to the system customization. So in order to make changes to my call forwarding/business hour/voicemail scheduling, I have to use the web site which is not optimized for mobile...in fact, it's not optimized for much of anything. The user interface of the web site is terrible...it takes about 15 minutes just to change a voicemail greeting, and at least five to send a fax (when the document upload actually works). The only redeeming qualities for this service are the fact of scheduling business hours, and being able to accept faxes digitally instead of on paper.

Application works fine on the Samsung Captivate. However, there is no ability to configure your system that I can see. You can see call logs, voicemails, and the like but cannot configure the phone systems as per the web interface and the iPhone App. Update with the ability to configure the system and you'll get 5 stars.
