Not getting any progress on clam, endless options, no real people, custom service, not so much.

Not happy with the app. I could only take pics in the dark and there is no flash on the app so it does not show anything. It made me take pictures on all corners when the damage was to one corner only. Stupid. Plus, our damage was to the bumper and the wheel well. He hit a deer. This app does not correlate the damage as a dent or scratch. I hope I get to talk to a real person about this.
