Audible is a great way to listen to books. It does a great job of sounding good even at high speed.

Why does this app need access to my phone and photos? That has nothing to do with reading or listening to a audio book.

I love this app. I can use it when I feel to poorly to read I have very bad migraine and this great it offers esapeism without having to open my eyes .

I love the wide variety of books offered and that most of the readers correspond with the country that the author was from so that accents are similar.

Won't let you cancel your membership. Let's you sign in Ok then you have to sign in again to cancel then won't let you. So you're stuck with it forever?

This was one of the best apps I've ever used. I listen to the books every day and I even listen it to fall asleep. Love this app.

Only one book for £7.99 month....what is everyone listening to War and Peace or Gibbons Rise and Fall of the Romania empire?

They forced me to buy the same book three times and it still did not pop up in my library but it got charged to my account three separate times these people are crooked and should be investigated

It's just a good source for the books I love. Thou because it's an Amazon app. It would be nice if you could sync the kindle app with the audible app.

Lures you in with a free trial then won't let you cancel using your mobile. Infuriating and unfair!

Their audiobooks are overpriced, and this app has some bugs. I listen to an extreme amount of podcasts (via Podcast Addict) because I drive a lot, but I rarely listen to audio books. They're simply far too expensive and not as well produced as podcasts.

The app alternates between remembering where I'd last left off with a book, and starting over from the very beginning. There is no consistency with when or why it does this.

I enjoy listening books everywhere: commuting, in car, while running, even while swimming with Sony Waterproof Walkman:) The only disadvantage is the audiobooks are not cut and named by the capture names, so it is brutally hard to get back with you need to re-read done parts to get better understanding of the subject of the harder topics.

I really love the app but the driver part burned the pause sign into my screen. Whenever I have a blank screen that is light in color I can see the circle and pause button. Maybe have it move around so it doesn't burn the screen

It's not badd it does what it's supposed to do I buy my books and I'm able to listen to them I'm able to control the volume through my headphones & to pause it when my phone it's closed & adjust the volume when my screen is off

Audiobooks saved my life with my long car commute. The only thing lacking is consistently new content in their Channels. Otherwise, app is great

This app was recommended by classmate, the moment she said it works for her. I subscribed shortly afterwards sometimes I have the hard copy just as a precaution if I lose battery life while commuting on public transit. All in all it's really useful for me especially, now that I found out I can choose a distinguished voice such as James Earls Jones. Whaat!! Love this app it meets all my needs.

I had significant problems with the previous version becoming unresponsive frequently. This version is performing well so far, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt and give 5 stars.

Unable to cancel membership from the app or from a phone in general, signed up for a free month and now because o don't have access to a computer u have no way of cancelling my subscription

I need a solution to this problem ... I subscribed for a thirty days free trial but today i got charged for the membership this is certainly not at all acceptable at any cost .. i need a full refund as i did nlt use any service or purchased any book ... i demand a revertion from their side ASAP and my refund .... I've been a fan of audible for just over a year now and it makes my job so much better since I walked around a lot outside working it helps to make the day go by so this is a fantastic app and a fantastic service. I can't wait for them each morning so I can look and see what the deal of day of the day is and see if it's a book I really want to buy I mean for three or four bucks it's totally worth it

Between the sliding panel listing chapters and the fat buttons at the bottom to jump chapters, it's really easy to lose your place in the book. The sleep function is hidden in the hamburger menu and it's tiny and hard to navigate. Thoughtless design...

In very limited usage, it seems great. Could get used to using daily.

Once you get used to it, it's a blast. I listen to a few books a month. One with my subscription and then I usually buy some of the Daily Deals..

Totally indespensable on my daily commute. Has some jitter but that may be due to dodgy Bluetooth.

has all the books I've been looking for so far and the price is ok. so can't complain

Keeps asking for a review despite two that I have provided previously so third times the charm... Does what it promises ie audio books not by any means comprehensive but a goodly range... Some of the books could have better cataloguing for example The Necronomicon would be better if it had (less racism but it's HPL so what do you expect?) some chapter headings as would the New York Trilogy by Auster (No racism thank F...) but aside from this, worth it. A subscription even.

I am so happy with this app If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Had a problem with my app and had fast customer service to help me fix it so greatful for my bed time stories!

1. Stop nagging me to rate you. Why does everyone do this? 2. All books should be available in all countries where Audible is. I know technically this is the publishers fault but seriously.

I have been a customer of Audible for many years. Really love listening on the go. But recently, I have had problems downloading from the Cloud. I keep on getting the error message 'Downloaded Title File Corrupted' on all my purchases. I really want to give a shining 5 star review but until I get this fixed 4 will suffice.

I've been using this app all through my chemotherapy and hospital stays for the past few months it's been brilliant losing myself in a good story and not getting b oh red. I buy one collection of stories a month that way you get more than just one story a month to enjoy and it's affordable!

Everything works great except for browsing the store, which is very difficult to navigate. I have to use my computer to buy the books and after that I have no issues. Please allow audio samples to play while browsing. Also the back button either exits the app or resets you to home page of store... Annoying.

I really enjoy this app! Especially the sleep timer. I listen to my book every night before I go to bed and always fall asleep to it... And the sleep timer helps it from not going to far like other apps I had... Definitely recommending to my friends if I haven't already!

I am new to the world of audible! And just after I listened to my first free book I decided that I was being my subscription. This is such a wonderful app and such a great idea because you can listen to your books on the go and get in a lot of reading time that you normally would not have. I truly recommend audible to anyone and everyone.

Great app, I love listening to books in my free time whether I'm driving or hanging out with my dogs or to fall asleep at night. Only reason I didn't give five stars is that the books are really expensive even with the "discount" and only getting 1 credit a month for $15 doesn't cut it for me when I have to spend a lot of money buying any other ebooks I want in a month. Wish the membership was for at least 2 books a month or cheaper for the one.
