Auntie Anne's Pretzel Perks

Unable to sign up for rewards. I get an error that they cannot accept my registration at this time. Maybe it's because the only year you can enter for your birthday is 2017, and you can't leave the birthday field blank. Since my birthday has not passed yet, the app probably thinks I haven't been born yet, so how could I be signing up?? Sigh. Please check for bugs before posting an update that is supposed to be for bug fixes, but contains a major bug. Now, off to AuntieAnne's to spend some money I won't get rewards for.

I agree with Nicole -- the same thing happened to me. It forces you to scroll through your calendar. A drop box would be much better, or even a keyboard fill in. I am not going to scroll through 400 months to get to my birthday.

The app has stopped updating points as I earn them. A cashier was able to show me on a receipt that I am still earning the points. Currently using the latest version of the app on a Galaxy S7.

App works great after 1 use... however having to spend $90 to get 1 free pretzel is a complete joke. (Pretzel=$3. 1 ptetzel purchase=10 pts. Free Pretzel =300 pts... Wow... you really shouldn't have...

Love the app but needs a easier way to redeem point from receipts. I wish I could scan my receipt instead of emailing and playing the waiting game.

Every since I downloaded the app I have not been able to sign up for 3 month's now. I keep getting this error message. I've even deleted the app and downloaded again and still get the same error message. Uuuggghhhhh so frustrating!!!

Doesn't let me sign up cause I have to scroll so far back just to get to my year which is 1994! Like who has time for that, it's so stupid & I'm uninstalling.

Like the app idea instead of carrying cards. Signed up a month ago, saw the free pretzel with plenty of time to claim, launched app today, my free pretzel is no longer there. Sent email based on response, no response from supports. Also went to three places, they don't accept the app as their system is old or being upgrade. App is not usable for me today.

App does not let you register just as others have described.

Please help. I've tried to register twice, and I keep getting an Error message.

The request for the birthday is not intuitive. Also, have you make a purchase to receive the "free" pretzel.

I think this app is nothing but a lie and a con signed up for this app to get myself some free pretzel on my birthday and to get some rewards and low and behold on my birthday I went into the store and they told me that I didn't get nothing out of it. It was a waste of 30 minutes of my life to sign up for this app not to mention that the drive it took to get to the store and the rudeness of the employee I will not be ever eating Auntie Anne's pretzels and neither should you

I love this app! I love that the employees are informed about how it works and how to enter the discounts. Most other restaurants with rewards programs usually have employees that are uneducated on how to use the app. I especially love that the rewards show instantly. This is my favorite food app and I love all of the great deals it has!

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. Wish there was more places to go maybe even in Yelm, WA since there's nothing like them in town. I'd go just about very day if I could have one closer.

When I wanted to use my reward thw app did not work. I was upset because I had a reward to buy one and get one free. So disappointed!

Unable to sign up. Error in setting birth date and it will not allow me to finish the setup process. Disappointed. Uninstalling the app. :-(

Whenever I try to login, it gives an error and says to try again later. Which I have and keeps giving the same error.

I used to work in a mall that had an Auntie Annes and I love this app it's awesome
