App automatically force stops before I can even access the app. I have a book of pictures but just adds to more clutter.

It's great and fun. I didn't have to hold the book open awkwardly like most say they had to. I think the app is fun and very creative. But I would love it to have more information. Maybe videos and paragraphs about the courses and what you'll learn.

Freezes & Does Absolutely Nothing

Every time I try to get inside this app with my student username and password it sends me to some other app that I have to get online to sign up and pay. I am a student of the University and I should me able to use it but I can not. Please fix app

It's cool how you can see it in a new way but it takes a while to scan and when it does I'm in a u comfortable position of trying to hold my arm up and keep the book open with the other.

After I got your catalogue I tried this app out,it needs advancements with scanning because I have to find suitable light because my camera is not the best but you have a nice app

Plus how awkward to hold open book in one hand and phone in other and kept dropping phone trying to work it...

What is this supposed to do? The book will make a nice addition to the recycling bin!

I have a brand new Galaxy S5 and the app won't even open...it keeps saying it failed to open.

Hi, I recently received your book from your San Francisco campus and I was very excited to see what exactly it did. The way you allowed people to capture so much information with just the point/snap of a phone, is incredible. However I felt that there were also downsides to doing this. 1) no zoom In button. 2) sound quality lacked 3) every small shake of the holders hand caused the video screen to tilt which was extremely distracting from the content itself. Overall interesting but, please fix.

These application and book are needed to give students something physical, something real-life. Great idea!

What is this mess?? A horrible app

I ordered the catalogue for information and while it's cool and artistic, didn't provide information on attending the school. And it's kind of disappointing that I have to get an app to get videos... That aren't even that helpful in my research. I understand that this is supposed to be fun and cool or whatever, but I wanted just the boring facts and info so it could help me make a decision. Cool, but u helpful.

You don't have to hold the book just double tap the video. Just needs some more info but the school website helps with that. The people who work there are really nice too.

I got this app and the book to go with it while looking for colleges for my senior project. It demanded that it get location access (which I finally gave it) but then I told me to clear space on my SD card (which isn't even close to full). Uninstalled.

It says "video cannot be played". I tried uninstalling it and re-downloading it. Nothing works, so now I have a book of pictures and absolutely no information about the school. Nice. Just what I wanted.

Everything worked fine but the main feature 'aura' didn't understand what to do. Say point and wait but nothing happens. I was upset that it didnt work

it worked fine for the first few sections, as long as I kept the book flat and held the phone above the area the whole time(which was awkward. and the book HATES being flat). but when I got to the section I was mainly focused on (art education) it stopped working. so now I have a heavy picture book that does nothing. uninstalling.

It works fine. The detection speed is good. One thing I don't like about the idea is that I have to hold both book and phone to enjoy it. Gets tiring in long videos too...

I have the book ans if I had the money I would of gone last year...ah well, still a few more years left!;) Happy Monday SFOL

If you're an adult who is actually interested in learning more about the way the academy of arts can help you have a career, don't order this book/app. Zero actual info, I straight broke my book in half to lay it flat because holding it open is dumb. If you're a teenager and want to feel like art is cool, than cool, go for it. But don't expect anything more than a complicated commercial. So disappointing...
