Was told it had been dispached. Then the driver changed 3 times over half an hour. just for it to say booking complete when nobody has even showed up.

Booked taxi. Showed up- took someone else. Driver said we hadn't showed up!!

Appalling service, never shows up on time and they don't answer at the office when they can see their late!! Great Craic!

App gets disabled during busy hours to prevent bookings Literally never works when it's needed, booked taxis never turn up at the agreed time. Never use city cabs if you're in a rush to get anywhere. Just phone someone else.

They turn the service off at busy times and the confirmation occasionally doesn't work. As taxis are needed to be reliable these few problems are enough to put me off using this application. Please fix and then I will rate 5 stars.

Worked once. Then login error message. Worked fine before update

You should add an option where you can set your home destination and work destination so it's quicker to order taxis

Every time you make a booking it says there's a network problem (on WiFi or cell data, it makes no difference), but if you call the booking phone number it turns out they did receive the app's booking despite the error. Update: doesn't work at all on Android Lollipop, just crashes when you try to do anything. Feb 2015 update: still doesn't work on Lollipop.

Updated my S5 to Android 5.0 and any time I press make a booking the app crashes rendering it useless.

This must be trivially easy to fix but the developers simply haven't bothered, which doesn't speak well of the app's future maintenance.

Not the best doesnt let you put in letters when typing in address like 14d just lets you put in numbers

Used to be great but since the update it can no longer find places on the map or takes too long to find it, the app crashes allot, when you finally do book a taxi it books 3 and you get an unwanted call from the office and you can no longer track the gps of your taxi.

Since the update I cant see where the cab is and track it bring it back!!!

The app is so easy and simple to use. My only issue would be that the graphics to select the day and time are too small to see properly so ur having to guess the time you've chosen. Other than this it's great.
