I got the app on my old phone using the number I have now. I no longer use my old phone as it's broken and cannot be used. Within 24 hours I had 3 calls asking where I was as my taxi was waiting that I booked on the app. I had not booked these taxis nor did I have the app. I explained this to the lady on the phone who was rather rude and basically told me I had booked them. Rather disappointed

Tried this morning when running a bit late I had no cash so thought. Oh that data app! Refuses card payments and when I rang to try over the phone they said over £10 only. Then once I got one they charged an exta quid to get the money out. Not worth anything this app and ended up costing more.

Option to scab card via phones camera would not work. Can't pay by card as it would not authorise during booking stage even though details were correct. Can not remove card to re enter details.

Tried on two phones couldn't register as did not send text code tried many times. Very frustrating.

Really poor and clunky app. Doesn't run very well, the same can be said for the companies actual services.

Easy to book,price agreed before arrival, can track car and you know name of driver and register before arrival so a nice extra safety detail for lone travellers!! Loved it.

Great app, easy to use, just a shame you can't add more than one destination if you're sharing a taxi at the end of an evening out

Doesn't send a code

It's logged me out and I can't log back in.. Can't retrieve password.

Totally useless app. Wants way too many permissions than it needs and card payments are useless.
