Crap ....booked 5 taxis after taxi cos they didnt turn up...although was told they were outside ....app doesnt work ...cars dont turn up ....rang central taxis and got one in 2 mins

The app is just as useless as the rest of the company. Booked a taxi for a set time didn't turn up. Tried phoning to find out where it was took 15 mins to get an answer to be told very abruptly it's round the corner it'll be there shortly! Won't be using them again!
