Book a taxi and pay by card....they don't even let you know it's arrived....and cancel the booking.....unprofessional won't be using again

The app worked after a while the app stopped working and I couldn't order taxis that's bad when you don't have credit to call I was stuck with walking to my location

Ordered a taxi via the app and it went to the wrong address despite the address being right in the booking and then said I wasn't there. Didn't bother to ring me I had to ring them and then order another taxi whilst on the phone and pay in cash to the driver. So I paid twice for a single trip as the app used my credit card. Never again.

Paid for my taxi on card and the driver still argued that I owed him money, and he wanted nearly five quid more than I had already paid. Thieving rat.

Utterly useless, don't waste your time. Any other taxi service is better. I booked a taxi at 8am, 14 hours in advance and it came at 8.26. I called them up, and they told me that "it doesn't matter what time you booked it. What do you want me to do? Tell the driver to carry on?"

If you are prepared to wait 40 minutes for a taxi this is the company for you. Even if you prebook for a certain time they don't show up

Great app but Can do with the update that when you search for pick up point using your post code instead of just road name the door numbers matching that post code show up too

App wasn't working. Advisor told me to cry me a river. Had been over charged by a previous driver aswell. Rip offs and dont care

Book them and you don't get a confirmation then when you do and track your car the time gesture up not down

Not recommend!! Use anyone else but these! Prices may appear OK when booking but when arriving at destination you will get charged more than it does appear on the Web app

Great service I have been using them for last 6mnths never had a issue and the app is good.

Very bad prices, it's a 10mt drive and it cost 5.50? Thats a rip off.

Excellent app, really easy to use and great service from taxi drivers

Always on time cheap and polite

App sends drivers to the incorrect address, staff say it's customers booking incorrectly. Change on card is whatever the app estimated and drivers ask what you were quoted to charge you the same. Seems All a bit of a con. I use taxis 4/5 times a week always booking in advance and it seems you are lowest priority as they have already charged you if paid by card. Card payment is taken at point of booking. No extra charges made.

Just warning everyone about Lucky Seven Taxis in Stoke on Trent - they are to put it bluntly CRAP - don't turn up plus they are a bunch of liars. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star but that's the minimum you can do.

I've wanted 50 minutes for my taxi to arrive - they said that they'll take 20 minutes . They told me to wait for another taxi, I arrived late for work. The driver himself was speaking through the phone and he even rolled down the window and spat. Don't bother calling for a taxi.

First few times taxi went to wrong address and today I waited 30mins after booking time before finding alternative means of transport.

Never spoke to such a rude woman before! Rang back to complain about her and she hung up!

Don't understand why they need access to so many files and other things through app permissions and it's clear they've got family/friends/Employees to flood the app with 5 star ratings! Besides I can get to where I need to go much quicker blindfolded on one leg!

Intercity have the same app. Better company, friendlier drivers. I switched to them months ago. Most lucky 7 drivers ignore the passengers and sit talking in their own language on their phones.

Rude operators that lie through their arses, with a bunch of drivers that don't turn up half of the time.

Just what I have been waiting for.... so easy to use and so easy to pay. No need to worry anymore about cash YOU CAN PAY BY CARD. Thanks to all the staff at lucky7.
