Lived on this new estate for a year now. Ring taxis and they never turn up or get anywhere near. Ring magnum and speak to the time wasters on the phone who for some reason can't understand basic directions.... And when you ring again they hang up... Need sacking how bad their customer service is. Anyways I used the app for the first time and added the directions which must get passed straight onto the driver, within 5min I had a taxi outside my house. Will defo give this app another try!

Don't appreciate trying to be ripped off yet again I will never use this taxi service again after they tried to charge me twice again they ask for money up front then try to charge again when I reached my destination lucky for me I'm not dumb screw you magnum and god forbid he drops me off at my house that's an inconvenience
