After-sales service is extremely extremely poor. The call centre people dont have teletalk manners. They sound rude while interacting. The update of positiin if vehicle is not shown at the running time. Often shows position before hours. No resolving of issues even after repeated requests. Very unprofessional. They dont care to enquire if the problem is solved ir not. I never would recommend autocop. Go for some other GPS.

Pathetic service. There speed alerts don't work. They run away from visiting site and have engineers that try and.convince you that uslaly clients don't use all features...how lame

Wonderful Application, Recent updates are quite helpful in managing fleet. Real time alerts are helpful, setting over speed limit is dynamic with web application that thing I liked most. UI can be made more easy by giving setting page at earlier options. With comparison of other players service I found good. 1 extra star is for the pricing they are providing..!

I run a travels bussiness. So my car are inatal with this gps. But it does not work all of the time. For half half day there is no update only show idle for 4 5 hours and sometimes green but not updated for 3 4 hours. Till that time my cars travels to 200 to 300 km. Whats the use of using this if i cant keep proper track of my car.

After sales service is PATHETIC to say the least. I have problem with device since 2 months and every time some new technician calls but never visits. The worst thing about Customer Support is they don't track whether the service request is closed or not

The navigation is showing perfect location. But its updating time is taking too much 1 to 2 minutes. During this updating period the car travels 8 to 10 km. It should be update in every 15 to 30 seconds like real time GPS navigation. So we can track the car at every perfect moment. Please please please fix this updating issue.

The worst device I ever had. My device I'd is disabled and was informed by service center that no documents have been submitted. I purchased it directly from Nexa showroom and nothing was informed by them at the time of purchase. Even I am not able to check time status many a times.

Completely dissatisfied with the service. They blocked my id and are asking for documents and warranty card. All details were provided during demo and installation. Demo was also delayed by weeks. I wish I had done some research before getting their product installed. User interface looks like a college project rather than an app.

So disappointed!!!! I am regretting over purchasing such a worst technically gps devics, and this app is simply of no use at all. Its been developes by unprofessional fellow nothing is accessible through this app. Why the hell you created this no use app when user can not make any changes to gsp settings. I will not recommend to anyone for autocop in future.

The WORST GPS tracking device and application.. PERIOD.. The frequency at which it updates the GPS location is pathetic.. Sometimes you have traveled up to 10 kilometers before it updates the location.. Traceback is a joke as you get random points on the screen, as if you flew your car over the fields, water bodies, and hills.. Customer service is horrible.. The operators just don't know what they are talking about, every engineer has it's own set of logic, contrary to the last one who visited to solve your issues.. Overall, a bad buy at the insistence of the car dealer.. Will never recommend this device and app to anyone..

This only shows location of vehicle, no real time tracking as told us. I am not able to track driver when he is on move. Kindly start giving real time tracking as mentioned on your system.
