Worst banking app I ever used. Extremely slow app, it gets stuck while using it. And now I am unable to login, it has been giving error that I have internet connection issue, however, I successfully logged in through browser.

I have proper online banking Account with DIBPL bank, I can login using it on website but my user name and password doesn't work here. Poor experience

This app work good but since I update to Android 7 it's saying network connection error, kindly fix this issue ASAP thanks

I am not getting logged in through since last 10 to 15 days. Network error pops up every time being on wifi.

Now adays it's not working. Just its giving an error again and again that check your network settings. It's happening with my friends as well

Worked once or twice but now giving a connection error when clearly my internet is working. Can't login now. Useless piece of junk. They never upgraded their web internet banking portal so I'm not surprised. Customer oriented company in Pak doesn't exist

I am having problem logging in, for the last few hours. Every time it says "failed to log in. Please check ur internet connection and retry." And all this while, my connection is doing fine for everything else. What should I do?

I believe this application has been posted to Google store without any QA cycle, as complained by other users that it is not recognizing a valid user credentials which is straight failure to meet client's satisfaction. DIB IT/ e-banking team should take note of it before losing credibility in the market.

This app does not login multiple accounts. Occasionally hangs durring selection of location permission, menu to go back etc. Please keep it secured with password letter skip, as before.

Best banking app till date without any glitch except sometime data retrieval is slow which is a common problem with dib pakistan internet and mobile banking. Although app works fine. Resemblance with bankislami app looks like developers are same. Thumbs up.
