Learn: The simple yet powerful techniques of Bates Method. This app contains short and simple description on how to perform eye exercises.
Plan: Are you sitting in your office starting a long computer session. Or are you a student starting your marathon study session. Or are you binge watching your favourite show in a lousy weekend? This is what you are gonna do. Set the timer to take a break from your activity(around 20 mins to an hour). Set the eye rest period for a few seconds (~ 20 secs or as long as you want). You are set to get reminders to exercise your eyes.
Perform: You are getting alerts to perform eye exercise. Look away from any screen. Remove your glasses and start performing any exercise you want. This app wont tell you what to do because you don't want to close your eyes with your hands in the middle of your office. That will be weird. Right? Do whats suitable to you and perform regularly to get good vision.
This app looks very simple and you feel like you are wasting time. But let me assure you that the biggest of change happens from simplest of actions done regularly and with dedication. Use this app and perform these exercise daily. It will take some time, but you will have better eyesight.
