Bus location never shown in real time.every 3or 5 mins it gets updated. Many a times found that the position shown is almost 5mins old

The app is still in testing mode and not working. The purpose of application is to send the message or alarm about the pick and drop for school bus. Which is not working. Even it is chargeable and it is not working. Totally wastage of money.
