I'm often not at my desk when a prospective client wants to get in touch - this app helps me to respond to them immediately, and that is important in establishing a rapport. I believe that I have been able to acquire new clients and I know I have been able to keep my current clients happy by using this chat feature on my website.

Use it for my shopify store and works exactly as intentend! Like the facr that it can be used on the phone on the go.

The app worked well for a while after I initially installed it but began crashing each time a chat was initiated. Now it simply cannot connect to the chat server. Uninstalling and reinstalling now. It this bug is fixed I will update my review.

Having issue with the installation in my HTLM I keep getting an error message that I should end "&" with an entity where it shows this 2 "&&" and refuses to save

Usable and fast, all chats come in immediately. I have disabled power saving for the app.

This works great for my business

It's a great app but it is not remaining active in the background. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I do not get any notifications once it is not open. I miss lots of chats because of that. How can I solve that problem?

So buggy. Only get notifications of chats if sitting with app open, waiting for them. Crashes all the time, always a crash report when I open the app, but I can't send it as it closes before I can even choose to send it. Naf

Best app to keep in touch with my customers

Pure chat has a lot of potential, except the app is horrible, it crashes like 30-40 times a day any functionalities are not working. I tri3d to reach out for support several times but no answer. I wanted to convert to paid version thinking it would fix the problem but got scared with such low/no support. Not recommend until they figure out what went wrong.
