Robyn Rihanna Fenty was born in Saint Michael, Barbados, February 20, 1988, or better known as Rihanna, is a R & B singer from Barbados. Born in Saint Michael, Barbados, Rihanna moved to the United States at age 16 to pursue a recording career under the guidance of record producer Evan Rogers. He then signed a contract with Def Jam Recordings after auditioning for then approved by the head of Def Jam that Jay-Z.
In 2005, he released his first studio album, titled Music of the Sun, which reached the top ten on the Billboard 200 album charts and the lead single titled "Pon de Replay" in the Billboard Hot 100.
