Deník pacienta LITE

Deník pacienta je aplikace, která Vám konečně udělá pořádek ve svých zdravotních záznamech. Umožňuje evidovat celkový zdravotní strav, hlídat dávkování užívaných léků, upozornit na kontrolní prohlídky u lékařů, sledovat zdravotní záznamy k dané chorobě, archivovat fotokopie zdravotních výstupů k jednotlivým vyšetřením atd. Jednotlivé moduly pak umožňují zaznamenat měření, která jste pořídili v rámci prevence či měření, která pak předáváte ošetřujícímu lékaři v rámci své monitoringu své nemoci. Tyto moduly se v budoucích verzích budou dále rozšiřovat.

Pozn.: V současné době aplikace neumožňuje přenos dat mezi systémy Android a Apple.

Patient's Diary - personal medical records

Patient's Diary is a new app which helps you to manage your medical records. From now on you can file your personal health information, monitor your medicine dosage, be reminded of next doctor visit or check-ups, track records about a paricular disease, archive photocopies of medical examination results, and so on.
With specialized modules you can store preventive measurements, observations and indications, or any other data you need to put down to consult with your doctor and to monitor course of your disease.
We are continually improving these modules and adding more features, so if you have any ideas, please let us know.

Notes: Aplication does not support cross backup/restore between platforms Android and iOS.

Diary patient is an application that will finally make an order in their medical records. Allows you to record the overall health foods, watch drug dosage, a highlight of inspections for doctors, medical records to track the disease, archive, photocopy health outcomes for individual examination etc.. Individual modules allow you to record the measurements that you made in the prevention or measurement, which then pass the attending physician as part of their monitoring of their disease. These modules in future versions will continue to expand.
