RingTo - Cloud Phone

Ive used all the other apps paid or free versions and none will compate to ringto with its easy simple and complete UI. Ive ported, called, texted includig pictures and recieved back no problem. No other app or service gives you such a simple self serve porting process. Confirm your device, add account number, account pin, billing address on a in app form.

I can't even activate a new account.. I got a new number.. It worked for a couple weeks then it said my email was inactive and when I tried to make a new one it wouldnt let me. This was my favorite app but now it just doesn't work.. I'll redownload if you fix it within a week

This company screwed me on the Groove IP transition I wanted to stay with ringto. GrooVe IP said that it was powered by ringto and that's why groove IP asked me to Port my number which I declined, I wanted to stay with ringto but ringto deactivated my account and said that it was a Groove IP phone number why then would GrooVe IP ask me to port it if it wasn't a ringto number? Now I've lost my phone number ability to text and it's all because of ringto avoid this company like the plague!

now google play wont even let me update the app ? are u guys serious? and u cant even create a support ticket on the website? you guys need to fix your stuff seriously - now i cant make calls out are u serious? and u want ro charge ppl for this service? the app is BROKEN

Doesn't notify me when I receive text, no sound no vibrate. Have to open app to see if I have messages. UPDATE: emailed Ringto and they fixed the problem. Thank u!

I was a Groove IP user for years..! Until Groove decided to move and do business with RingTo.. After almost a year RingTo got popular because all the users that Groove bring in, and one day Ringto decided to make money and take advantage from the thousands of Groove users that brought in and decided to make a paid subscription and drop all the free users from Groove. Most of the users got locked out with their user name and passwords and lost their number. DON'T SUPPORT RingTo, they don't deserve..!

My account says inactive and the forums claim they've sent notices to users at least 3 times regarding changes of service. I haven't received a single email! Now I'm locked out of their app and lost my number. Even if they go paid, at this time they've burnt the bridge for me to consider their services.

Overall it's great!, only minor problems remain. I'm puzzled by the recent negative comments, they seem to be taking about a different sevice. The app has worked great for me.

Ring.to level of consistency excellent. No matter all those hasty negative reviews, this is the most improved calling app. App works as stated without hidden surprises like other calling apps out here. Folks should follow simple instructions and see the comfort the developers brings to communication. Excellent.

Forget about making calls. I had the best luck through the app, but half the time, the person on the other end couldn't hear me. Really horrible feeling, answering an incoming call and not knowing if my voice is going to reach the caller. I thought it could just be my wifi, so I tried a web browser call using a wired esktop. The idea is great, but the website is such a horrible implementation, Completely unusable in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. I'd make a call, and I'd hear some beeps, then silence, while the call would show in progress. Is the call actually in progress, and someone is answering and hearing nothing? I'd hang up and try again. This time, I'd hear a beep and one ring, then silence. Hang up and try again, endlessly repeating this problem. Later, I tried to call an automated system, an 800 number, that needed me to enter some digits. I finally made a call that went through, and I'd bring up the DTMF dialpad and enter some digits. No response from the digits when i clicked them, like the buttons weren't programmed to do anything other than look like a DTMF dialpad. Fail. With ring.to, you can text all day long with no problems, but forget about making calls.

Wasn't notifying me of new SMS..... So I uninstalled..... Now won't let me log back in... Sayz I'm inactive!! Wat the hell!! This app was great before all this !

4/5/16 Ring to says Groove problem...Groove says Ring to problem....I'm done _________________Ring to & GrooVe connection change is just complications..(Guys..test your stuff before coming back with bugs and bugs fix) Keep failing, doesn't recognize my device or says : user inactive....they want me to change my number, changing number means changing phone app

I have been a member of this ringto since two years now recently tried to log in and i am told my account is in active that is so unprofessional yall need to do something about that

Had no idea they were turning into paid. I never ever delete any emails. Checked my email and never got any notices at all. I would gladly pay for their services if I had of known. World fine up until about an hour ago. Now I'm learning all this and had no idea.

Works as described. Offers all the features I could ever need. The only problem I have is with trying to port a number in. The verification sms never comes. Otherwise app works great.

Won't let me sign in to ring to it Grove ip since today and it's when I need it the most.. Fix it so I can get calls and text dick heads

I know I should be happy it's working at all, given the circumstances... but outgoing calls made through the app don't work with Bluetooth. Incoming calls are fine, I can answer from my BT headset.

Took tech support a while but my number has been rescued from grooveip's clutches... would give 5 stars but really the dial pad is extremely loud, really! to the point that it's embarrassing I can't use this app in public places unless I want to attract everyone's attention to myself.

Why all the problems suddently? Ive had the same number for 2 YEARS WITH YOU GUYS!!!! i use it for everything and now im an inactive user WTF

If it be nice if I can lower dial pad tone, It's so loud unbelievable, I guess you're not capable to fix dial pad tone, & it's buggy.

Had them for a while.first notifications stopped,then took the dialer away, now they said uninstall then reboot and it should be good again.WRONG ,now I'm a inactive user. WOW REALLY

Had app for a year but now unable to login. Had to port my number but was being forced to change it

You need to update the app if you want more customers. It needs a dark theme and more settings like keypad volume and better syncing to the servers

Finally got a phone but now I can't login to RingTo, and Groove IP doesn't recognize my email. I Paid for the GrooveIP App!

Based on the photos shown in the introduction, it has call making function. But it actually has no call making function.

Trying to sign up but Keep on saying Sayng failed to verify device. What does that mean??? What needs to be done??? I had this service for over 5yrsno problem an now I cant get it to wrk

i am a previous user. hate it that groove ip left this is awfull. it doesnt let me call anyone. that feature doesnt even show on my screen.

It's all free. No payments or videos to watch. This is the best 2nd line you can have. Great call quality.

I contacted the support email in regard to this matter, no help at all.

Attention : This app have gone as a paid service and as of April the free service is discontinued.

Groove works but my user on Ring to is inactive.

It is working fine, I don't find any problem. All I need is incoming calls, outgoing calls, and and the sound quality.

I lost my numbers and it doesn't oesn't work anymore
