Banesco Pago Móvil es un servicio innovador a disposición de personas naturales y jurídicas, mediante el cual se podrán realizar operaciones de pago de bienes y servicio con tarjetas de crédito, a través del uso de dispositivos móviles inteligentes generando transacciones fáciles y seguras.

Personas naturales / Pagador: Dirigido a clientes Banesco, titulares de tarjetas de crédito. Consiste en una aplicación, donde el pagador configura una billetera virtual y registra sus tarjetas de crédito de Banesco y otros bancos, para poder realizar los pagos de bienes y servicios.

REQUISITOS PARA UTILIZAR EL APLICATIVO PAGO MÓVIL.

Cliente Pagador (Billetera virtual):

 Ser cliente de Banesco persona Natural.

 Ser titular de tarjetas de crédito Banesco u otros bancos.

 Estar afiliado al sistema de banca por internet BanescOnline con la condición de usuario activo.

 Instalar la aplicación Banesco Pago Móvil Cliente Pagador.

 Tener registradas las tarjetas de crédito de Banesco y otros bancos en el directorio de BanescOnline.

 Aceptar términos y condiciones de la aplicación Banesco Pago Móvil.

Configurar la aplicación del servicio de Banesco Pago Móvil - Cliente Pagador

1. La aplicación Banesco Pago Móvil Cliente Pagador debe estar instalada en el dispositivo móvil inteligente del usuario.

2. El usuario debe estar afiliado a BanescOnline bajo perfil Completo, persona natural y sus credenciales de ingreso deben estar en estatus Activo.

3. El usuario debe crear un Código Pin de seguridad para el acceso desde su dispositivo móvil a la aplicación de Banesco Pago Móvil y para ello, se debe cumplir con las siguientes condiciones:

3.1. El Código Pin debe poseer cuatro (4) caracteres numéricos.

3.2. La configuración del Código Pin bajo ningún concepto en su configuración debe poseer: más de tres (3) caracteres iguales consecutivos, fecha de nacimiento, los primeros o últimos cuatro (4) dígitos del número telefónico registrado en la institución financiera, los primeros o últimos cuatro (4) dígitos de la cédula de identidad.

4. El usuario deberá poseer su Clave de operaciones especiales en estatus activo para poder configurar la aplicación en su dispositivo móvil.

5. Se parametrizará la duración de uso de la COED emitida como factor de autenticación para configurar el servicio de Banesco Pago Móvil, de esta manera si el cliente excede dicho tiempo la COED perderá la vigencia y el usuario deberá iniciar de nuevo el proceso de configuración de la aplicación.

6. El usuario deberá aceptar los términos y condiciones del servicio Banesco PagoMóvil.

7. El usuario debe poseer línea activa de telefonía móvil con plan de datos o conexión a internet wifi.

8. Para configurar las tarjetas de crédito titular de otros Bancos en la aplicación Banesco Pago Móvil, las mismas deben estar registradas en el directorio personal de BanescOnline del cliente.

9. Si durante el proceso de configuración se detecta tiempo de inactividad mayor al establecido por la ley vigente, la aplicación cerrará la sesión automáticamente mostrando un mensaje informativo de sesión expirada.

10. El servicio de Pago Móvil deberá presentar mensajes informativos de los resultados de cada una de las transacciones que se ejecuten.

Configure service application Banesco Mobile Payment - Customer Payer

1. Payment Banesco Payer Mobile Client application must be installed on the smart mobile user.

2. The user must be affiliated with Full BanescOnline low profile, natural person and login credentials must be in active status.

3. The user must create a security PIN code for access from your mobile device to the application of Banesco Mobile Payment and for this, you must meet the following conditions:

3.1. Pin Code must have four (4) numeric characters.
