Pretty good app. The UI is fair enough. There are minor issues you need to look into though: The latest update messed up the transfer to M-PESA option. RTGS doesn't work at all. The app crashes when you try to use RTGS Otherwise it's a very secure app and I like it.

Tried on three different devices and it keeps popping up the device jailbroken or rooted message when they aren't. Update: Still crap months later. What an embarrassment.

This has to be the worst mobile banking application I have ever had to use! Firstly, why does the password expire so quickly? Why does it even expire at all??? And reseting it means logging on to your PC and changing it? Secondly, why am I not able to see my entire account number once I'm logged on? Why does it appear as xxx xxx xx496? The security question at each log-in is ridiculous. Security settings don't mean you overbear users with unnecessary inconveniences such as trying to remember and key in answers to secret questions that ought to be asked in the event of a forgotten password!(like normal applications do!) I find the application very lanky, slow and with too many errors. I cringe each time I have to use this app. It's unfortunate I cannot avoid it as I rely on this bank account for many of my transactions. Please look around and see what other banks are doing, Barclays. This app is below par.

Too slow n not convenient rarely use it... Online banking is easier

Stupid app, do not download. Keeps telling me device is rooted or jail broken even if it is not, hence cannot login. So disappointed. Crap!!!

I like the 2-step password process, but please prolong the expiry and make it to have more options. Check what the Chase Bank app can do and adapt yours to be like theirs or better

The main problem is that the password expires within a short period and gives hard time to renew otherwise u could have gotten 5stars

Too slow, limited interaction as opposed to o line banking. Would rather use the USSD.

Does what I expected. Locating ATMs, transfer funds. It's not Androidpay so don't expect all those features on it.

It takes forever to update transactions, logging in is a hassle, the looks can be improved and there are few functions.

Has good security features and user friendly

Should introduce fingerprint login feature for quick access. Mpesa transfer process has too many steps. Overall it's OK.

My credit card is not updated. Closed cards are tgd ones available. Update to enable me enjoy the app more.

Use it on both Android and iOS, however could do with touch ID payment.

Good app. But only as good as the Barclays system working. Which usually isn't the case over weekends and holidays.
