Can't find the school. I've got my location on but nothing shows up.

The login screen does not have a password recovery option. I can't remember what my freaking password is.

Absolute garbage. Tax money gone to waste.

Doesn't even send a code, how can one even use this app? Uninstalled. UPDATE: Finally got code, but extremely unintuitive. Took forever to find my city, and was still stupid. Uninstalled for good.

My college website boasts about using this app for alerts. After being stalked, and attacked just last night, I found out about this app and wanted to be alerted to any further dangers. Well... After searches of many different variations, my college is not listed. Whether this is an app issue, or the schools, you bet your tail feathers that I'm going to find out first thing tomorrow morning... Then delete this app.

I even searched Kennedy most cities have a Kennedy school. I could not find the schools listed on the screen shot on this example

Don't bother with this app. I registered and it keeps telling me there is no account.

The app will no longer search for an institution; therefore, it's not even useful!

People that have negative things to say just don't know how to use it.

This app is utterly useless. My school keeps recommending we download this for emergency alerts. The problem is that it's unable to locate my school. I tried every school in the area with the same result. It doesn't even recognize the university of Minnesota...worthless.

Missing password reset. Also, searching for institution tool is awful. I typed in "Medford", a city in MA, and it came out no institution found. Figured out I had to search for "City of Medford". Not intuitive and not the way most searches are done these days. Explains your negative reviews about not finding...

App could not find any of my schools. Why is my college promoting this app when it is useless.

App is bit confusing.. but finally able to subscribe to my cities emergency alerts... appreciate the effort by my city officials

This is a get app it keeps me updated of everything that happens with my kids school. Plus it keeps you inform of everything that happens in the school board.... You should try it ...

I typed my college in had No Results. I typed in other colleges in the state and had no results for any that use Blackboard. This app is crap! I don't understand why the school is promoting junk!

Emergency Alerts

It seems ok, just that it invited me but couldn't find my institution, what a waste of time. Un-installed

Keeps logging me out of portal. Try to login again and it doesn't recognize my password. It won't allow me to change my password. Tried calling support and they email a link but when it arrives the link is already closed down. Notified support of this problem and they basically stated there was nothing they could do.

At all. It won't find any institution.

Very frustrating when searches have to be exact and it's not intuitive how perform operations. Feels completely useless.

It has notified me of bad weather in my area. That's what my county is using it for.

Don't download this app. GOOGLE SHOULD REMOVE FROM THE PLAY STORE

Released way to prematurely. Support is nonexistent, I was routed to no one, left wondering why my correct info was not working. The app leaves you hanging with no direction or information. Back to the drawing board programmers and this time take minute and think of the interface related to the end user and possible dead ends, there are many.

But it would be nice if I could change my userid/email in the app itself and actually I can't log in to the web site either using my current email address.

I was unable to find my son's school or ANY other schools in PWC. Note: Please make sure that the app works before launching!!

App finds no match for my son's school WTF???? I'VE typed in many schools in my area, and not one of them are recognized under the "institution" option....how does that happen? Your app does absolutely nothing! Utterly pointless when I can't even connect to my son's school as I am supposed to so I may receive closing/delay notices. Your stupid app says 'no institution found'....yea... ok! Worst app EVER!

Nothing works and is making me very suspicious it wants all you're info and also tracks you via gps with ability to turn on microphone and camera smh what? ! UNINSTAL

Consider this a no-star review. It's a pity that even one star is required, because this app doesn't even deserve one star. My county gov't specifically recommended this app for receiving emergency notifications. However, the app has disabled all connection to emergency notifications (for the county and for its incorporated towns and cities), making the app useless for the purpose intended. Furthermore, the vendor has yet to reply to my e-mails asking for an explanation. That was 20 days ago. I just sent them another e-mail advising them to respond by tomorrow or I'm deleting the app. I'm writing this now while I still can. This app is useless.
