The enter date feature needs to allow direct entry rather than the calendar feature which takes forever to scroll through

Still crashes frequently, trying to find primary care doctor with app and discovering that app is incorrectly listing doctor locations. Can't perform basic functions like paying premiums.

Constant cashes. Useless

App has many fatal flaws. Not only crashes under lollipop(a very mature Android OS). The application from a design perspective is extremely weak. One ex, when searching for Dr's hosp etc. In and out of state providers App doesn't remember your plan and forces you to input the data for the plan you are logged in with your SECURE HIPPA I'd. This is BCBS management's failure to act in a fiduciary responsible manner with their members. The EMR requirements mandated by federal law needs to be addressed.

Everytime I try to access my claims the app crashes. I shut down and try again. It crashes again.

Gives you all the info you need EXCEPT, the ability to view/download your statements. You must go to website for that.

Won't find a doctor any distance from me, worthless.

Certainly not into app development. I've used betas better than this.

When i first logged on and registered, it worked very well. Now it won't even open.

I can find anyone in my network in 123. I can eye ball my bill before i get it in the mail. Love it

When I am able to log on it is an excellent app. However, there are many times the app will not work.

I have tried to sign in on my laptop and my phone and may I say it's not working. Very frustrated. .....

I was running around the LSU lakes when I twisted my ankle. I was able to find the closest hospital and even get directions from my phone. Great app BCBSLA!

Doesn't work

The app gives great information WHEN it works. It constantly crashes when trying to opennit. I have to uninstall and the reinstall. That's too much to do for the information. I'll just get on my laptop from now on which apparently is quicker.

This app is easy to use, works great, and is beautifully designed.

This app is amazing. I'm able to look at all my claim and benefit information. Also, I'm able to easily find a doctor in my network. (I am an employee of BCBSLA, btw)
