I can't enter my birthday unless I scroll through over 40 years by month!! Crazy

Won't let me log in unless I revise password. Why can't I keep same password I use for laptop access?

The only way to register requires me to put in a birth date using a month by month calendar starting with this month. There seems to be no other way to do it, so I will have to click the left arrow (to go back one month at a time) 408 times just to get back to my birth year. Not going to happen.

Don't like that I seem to have to reset my password every other time I use the app. It also seems, more often than not, to be having "technical issues"

Any app that insist to have access to my camera, pictures and media files i dont need!

The newest version wants access to my camera and photos for no reason. I guess I won't be updating the App

If it worked all the time it would be great but it keeps saying i have no coverage when i still do.

My device has been trying to down load the upgrade for days now.

If you provide an app. for users to access their information all of the information should be available. Access to download documents is unavailable unless you're on a computer making it very inconvenient.

Useful. I like the ability to look at claims and explanations of benefits right on my phone. It helps me understand my plan and deductible status better. Also, convenient wellness program access.

Program won't even load on LG G5 running Nougat. Disappointed....and surely wouldn't recommend.

Very user friendly Web based application. Extremely easy to navigate through my plans, EOBs, etc.

I get an error message every time I log in - message code 0075.

I try to register and at the end sais technical issue.

Once I log in, I'm taken to what must be the security questions. Problem is, the text is in code, and the page is broken. Can't proceed further from there.

This is a great app with all my information neatly stored and quickly accessible! So thankful to have this now. Quicker than going to my laptop and clicking around! Thanks!!

Very useful app to access the ID card and the benefits on the go. Claims status is very useful in checking the approved out of pocket payment.

I've used other healthcare apps and this app is by far the best. I love the fact that I can access my ID card and I can see my claims with in days of service. Great Job!
